Burger Chan

Jason and I are at Burger Chan, just down the street from the Galleria. They offer smash burgers, regular burgers, chicken, fish, hot dogs, and falafel. They also offer regular fries, smash fries, tater tots, sweet potato fries, cheese curds, and taro chips. You grab a clip board with designated protein and custom make your burger or sandwich on the order form. They offer some interesting sauces too, like scallion aioli and sambal mayo. The milk shake offerings can also be adventurous with black sesame seed, green tea, corn, and Vietnamese coffee. Jason got the milo and I had the strawberry. Jason loved his smash burger and the regular burger was amazing. They get busy and you may have to wait in line and for your food, but it is well worth the wait. The service is very friendly as well. Burger Chan is top rated for a reason.
