Personally I would’ve made pizzascape Peppino look like a peasant or knave of some kind, which fits with the knight transformation as a lot of fantasy stories centre around a “chosen one” who usually goes from zero to hero
These should be rewarded for P ranking levels (kind of like hats in sugary spire) Edit: I know it'll never happen. I just wanted to do a what it scenario for if they were in the game.
I feel like for John Gutter, the costume should just be default peppino. Technically it would be unique as no other level would have the peppino outfit if the rest were there, and it fits for the first, default level.
I think the outfit Peppino wears in Crust Cove's title screen is meant to resemble a galley cook or generally a pirate ship cook, stripe patterns were common on sailor outfits.
In the Crust Cove title card, the striped shirt is typical for how first mates of a pirate crew are usually depicted in media. First mate was a rank below the captain. Mr. Smee from Peter Pan most likely comes to mind first when you think about a pirate in a striped shirt, even though his shirt has wide white and blue stripes. But also, if you look up like pirate costumes online, there's quite a lot of those with thin black and white stripes too.
I wanna point out something: Peppino, in the title card of Pizzascape, is wearing the armor of a Squire, a usually middle ranking officer in an army during the middle ages. However, the knight transformation looks to be that of a baron, with the full helmet able to cover Peppino's whole face instead of just the top of the head, and has armor covering what would be a tunic underneath the armor on the bottom part of his arms. So yeah, your costume is in fact unique from the level's unique transformation, especially since Squires wore lighter armor that didn't fully cover their joints or extremities so they could keep their mobility in the field.
@@spectern If anything, it's really cool. The sword in the stone would become a metaphor for Peppino being knighted into a Baron. Also wanna point out that Squires aren't technically Knights, moreso volunteer peasants given very crude and basic weapons and gear, which would fit Peppino well since he, yk, just entered the castle... Edit: They're middle ranking because peasants and peons were mostly used as helpless fodder.

I had a similar idea that I've been trying to turn into a mod for a week now. But this time, instead of Peppino having a unique costume in every level, the toppins are the ones who have a costume themed to their level.
In a perfect world, pizza tower as a cartoon series should be: -Animated by John R. Dilworth, creator of Courage the cowardly dog; -Scripts and storyboards made by Danny Antonucci, creator of Ed, Edd and Eddy; -Dialogues made by John Kricfalusi, creator of Ren and Stimpy.
TBH i think that even if the titlecard for DMAS features a different outfit, you should've made a separate costume to more accurately fit the level, like maybe a security guard costume (also fun fact ctop's titlecard is a separate room and if you remove the titlecard sprite it shows the background that you used to make peppino's outfit there.)
I absolutely adore the exorcist peppino, the level's title card has always been one of the coolest ones and seeing peppino wearing that fit is absolutely INCREDIBLE. Every costume is amazing and i would love if this became a mod
I love how you made outfits regardless but I really do feel like if Peppino had different outfits for different stages that John Gutter, All Bosses & The Crumbling Tower of Pizza would feature Peppino's classic design. Perhaps the Crumbling Tower of Pizza changing Peppino's outfit to previous level outfits as he runs through them? :o
I got some ideas for boss costumes. Pepperman, some sort of renaissance artist outfit, The Vigilante, a wild west bandit perhaps? For the noise, you could use the outfit from the scrapped Superhero transformation we know virtually nothing about, especially since the costume bears such a striking resemblance to the Noise. Fake Peppino.... I'm not so sure. Perhaps a failed clone costume..? However you could make that work...? And for Pizzaface, you could maybe make up some "Pizzaboy pizz pizza" company uniform.
I got an idea for how these can work, in order to unlock each of them aside for them last you must get the secret treasure, all toppins, and find all secrets, and complete all 3 chef tasks, you don’t need to do them all at once, you just need to do them and once you do you unlock the costume for the area, for the tctop costume, aka king peppino, you must get every single outfit aside from the missable and hard ones, and p rank the crumbling tower of pizza

I think I could've made Noise one a bit more interesting. And I had an idea of Peppino, looking like a cotton coated Pizzelle.. Meh, I think I just leave it like this.
(3:13) The costume for Ancient Cheese is great. But I feel like there was a missed opportunity for Ancient Cheese’s costume being the costume Peppino was wearing in the “Thrill Seeker” chef task.

The Vigilante: Something like the Fast Food Saloon one, except with some yellow cheese stains on it. The Noise: It would be Pizzano's costume, of course! Fake Peppino: No idea, TBH. Or maybe what Peppino wore in that "Pizzaboy Tower" art one of the devs did? Noisette Cafe: A pair of cute pink overalls and a bunny cap.

I feel like you'd get the king outfit if you 101%ted a save file
8:38 this is misinformation, there are actually only around 1500 sprites used ingame, the 5000+ mark comes from all the unused sprites from all the old betas and stuff plus all of the different tv status sprites
oh. I actually thought there WAS 5000+ sprites lol
@@unfairnessplays7818 nah, a lot of that is duplicated sprites and old, unused sprites
@TokyoDrift456 ah okay. the sprite editors out there are probably most likely to be fooled though. and even if they still have the determination.. they're probably gonna waste like 16 hours of their whole life editing random unused and duplicated sprites lol
@@unfairnessplays7818 the smarter ones will know to cut it down to just the ones used in the game so i dont think itll be that big an issue
@@TokyoDrift456 sure okay
Personally, I'd just leave John Gutter as plain ol' Spaghetti.

DAMN I WISH THESE WERE IN-GAME
They're so damn cool, I would sacrifice my first born for this, and if a mod isn't made out of this, god forgive the crimes that I'll do in a year's time.
You're a great sprite artist, and this is the only time that I've seen your work.
Do you realize how hard it would be to replace EVERY sprite with TWENTY-ONE different costumes? That would take months upon months to do.
8:07 "Did I really just say a sh*t stain was fun to add?"
The Binding of Isaac community would like to know your location
5:52 Even after seeing the Lario meme and getting 101% in Pizza Tower, it took me till now to realize the gnomes in the title card are Peppino and Gustavo
Holy crap these are amazibg!

War: Are you sure about that
I think Peppino in John gutter should of have a Indiana Jones type of outfit
I guessed most of them, Wasteyard got me though, very good touch, great work man.~
This is what Mcpig should have this in game. Maybe you should send your concepts to the developers who made that game to try to get an approval to be added to a game in the future update.
It's a neat idea and all but no that's not happening that's to many frames of animation to do even if it was just for one level
@@novicenoobtube450 Even if it's too many for the sprites to handle, this would be the possibility if they can just try but with smaller amount of space to prevent an increase of high performance (in case if you haven't know, you can simply ask the developers since I don't think that clears up with any approval from the creator to be honest).
That would take many tome to do. Thats why one of the developers is making a mod tool for pt
@PrivateContractorJaxon I don't think lack of storage is the problem like I said WAY to many things to draw over
@@NevadianOutcast I had a stroke reading this
My first thought for John gutter’s outfit was literally the John outfit from getting all tower secret treasures, and then I see *L E A F P E P P I N O*
For dont make a sound i think it would be better if peppino had the fnaf nightguard outfit
I feel like these special costumes should be awarded for having all Toppins, secrets, and teasures, collected in a level.
“don’t worry, the red spots on peppinos shirt is pizza sauce”
peppino: *”your dead meat!”*
Like every level playing Pizza Time
WAR and the crumbling Tower of Pizza: did you forget me
“Having a knight costume would be redundant”
