      i am so happy to watch this video. mental health has been a silent inner battle for a lot of people in Malaysia. this video helps to create awareness about mental health journey and breaking the stigma that says "you only see therapist if you're crazy". thank you for opening up n i hope things will go well for both of you! fighting!💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

    iChang and Jimmy, thank you for openly sharing with the world your mental health matters. It took a lot of courage from you. Really appreciate that your video gave 3 simple techniques for people who may not be able to afford private therapy but may benefit from it. 1. Compartmentalizing, 2. Journaling, and 3. Taking a walk - 2 or 3 of them may not be easy to start with, but they are doable. Thank you for playing a part in reducing the stigma of seeking help for the mental wellbeing of Malaysians. ❣❣Just be yourselves on your therapy journey.

    Don't depend solely on UA-cam. Try to develop other streams of income, so the pressure is less.

    Thank you I-Chang and Jimmy-San for such a great sharing. Here are my version of maintaining good mental health.
    1. Avoid bringing work stress home.
    2. Enjoy home cook food (veggie and protein) and take less or no rice/carbo at night.
    3. Share household duties with spouse (e.g. wife cook and husband wash dishes).
    4. Watch or listen to podcast or any good vlogs.
    5. Workout/exercise 30-60 minutes a day and 4-5 days a week.
    6. Frequent catching up with friends and family. Don't need many friends, just a handful is good enough.

    I was meant to leave a comment on your last video but life got in the way… anyway i noticed ichang was looking more vibrant and happy in the last video, your smile was genuine and honest , ichang seemed to be enjoying Ipoh and actually having fun…. So i guess therapy is working👍👍👍 also Jimmy was looking particularly handsome in the last video, proves that if you take care of your mental health, you will look more handsome😂😂….. guys ramadhan is coming…. For us muslim, ramadhan is the time where we clean our soul by fasting, it helps us mentally too….i hope you guys keep posting during ramadhan if it doesn’t burden you two….       You are doing a good job as a Caregiver. I was a 24/7 Caregiver for my 93 years old mother.
      I always give thunderous applause to Caregivers out there as only we, who do it, will understand the situation. Keep up with what you are doing and be proud of yourself.

      Hello there. Your dad has dementia, he is in his own world. He lived his life before. You don’t have to sacrifice and stress your life because of taking care of him. When you have this kind of feeling, there’s no longer sincerity in what you’re doing. Think about yourself too. In Germany, we call Dementia as the family’s disease. The person that has dementia lives happily in his own world.

      @@farahsyamimi8370 I believed at the initial stage of being a Caregiver, an emotional and physical strain is on all of us. But as time passes, things will go on smoothly as we understood our tasks (surely, there will still have some tantrums inbetween, it's understandable).
      Patience is key when dealing with the elderly.
      To care for those who once cared for us is one of the highest hounors.
      Tell yourself, I really delivered splendid work/task at every end of the day. 💐💐💐

    THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHARING THIISSS 😭😭😭 Im also facing burnt out from work, and its the same things as what you’ve said, you gave all out, at the end of the day, some people will not appreciate on what you do. one of the things that comforts me is watching your videos, because your videos is like watching gibly studio movies. its hard to describe it, the soundtrack you guys use, the places you go, the scenery, the experience, your kindness, it was very comforting and gave me a sense of nostalgic. thank you iChang and Jimmy for your videos. ❤❤❤❤❤

    Taste therapy is open your appetite for eating awesomeness foods.Sight therapy is to travel and observing, focusing to the beautiful sceneries around of us. Hearing therapy is listening to the beautiful sounds of nature. Heart therapy is to love,to give to bring your compassionate to the people around you!

    Dear IChang and Jimmy, thank you so much for your courage and vulnerability. Your sharing gives a voice to those struggling in silence. One of the many lessons I have learnt from my own burn-out is my awareness to "Don't try too hard" -- I know it sounds counter-intuitive especially for us Asians who have been taught that success means giving 120% every single moment. But I'm learning that some of my best work comes from a place of quiet joy, ease and to flow gently. As I am sure some of your best videos have been from spontaneous joy and delight of the moment rather than perfection. It takes a while to transition from clenched fist to zen 😅but such is the richness of growth and life. You guys are still our favourite channel! So much love and lightness your way! 😘

    Regular Exercise is good for mental health.. I started during covid lockdowns.. now I do strength & cardio exercise 3-4 times a week.

    I still think that the issue of Mental Health is still taboo among the majority of society..     Mental health for me is everything. Especially someone who is going through PTSD. It’s nice to see you guys talk about how it is important for our well being as well. We need to wind down in life sometimes. It only means to show that we are all vulnerable to ourselves. & there is no harm in that to show we need of that special or extra care sometimes too. Going to therapy etc. Thank you so much for this video & spreading awareness ❤️

    As someone who also experienced and still am experiencing burn out (this is my 3rd time), I'd say that self-healing is a journey, not a destination. I find that not comparing myself to others helps. I set my own realistic standards which I feel comfortable achieving, instead of forcing myself to achieve society's standards. Thank you for sharing the tips - I'm going to add those to my to-do list, in my journey of self-healing. I hope both of you will get better in physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health ❤

    It is very good that you both are so aware of STRESS I was extremely stressed when years ago I worked in Information Technology. So I researched on Stress Psychology and how the mind works. Also what happened to my brain my body. I did not sleep normally. With meditation and exercises - walking and jogging I got control and peace !!! Awareness is one of the main idea in Buddhism practice. so take care and live life with peace and love and kindness.

    Mental health.I never knew all those terms you mentioned but through reading health articles and experiences too since I'm a vaterent, I'm able to cope with negative energies hallowing on me just by following a healthy lifestyle eg eat balance diet, exercise, listening to music and getting enough sleep, help me tremendously.     Hi……I have been following your channel for a very long time. Long before you moved over to Malaysia. We are happy that you managed to get your Nomadic visas.. because you were so involved in promoting Malaysia. Sort of little Malaysian tourism ambassador.
    Malaysia is so rich in multi cultural events and life styles. But I don’t remember seeing any of your videos showcasing some important events which would make more viewers interested. For example most recently there were many lion dances going on in the malls during Chinese New Year. These are not ordinary lion dances seen around the world. Malaysia is world champion for Acrobatic Lion Dances that as Malaysians many of us still love watching via UA-cam year after year since we couldn’t be there at those malls or places the events took place. Overseas fans would be in awe as well. My opinion is that … if you are always wondering what else to shoot for your videos, there are indeed a lot of events of interests to use on your UA-cam . Again it depends on really what you want your channel to represent.. a broader range or just as you are doing now. Malaysia has one of the highest number of public holidays which also means a lot of events to cover.

I believe in therapy but it looks so hard to find one. You always see GP clinics but not mental therapy clinics. Maybe because of regulations but I hope the government can do a little bit help to promote it.

    Peace be upon you, Jimmy and I-Chang. Have you both tried going spiritual? Such as going deep into religion spirituality. Praying, meditating, and finding the true inner peace, connecting with God, our creator.. Seeking the true purpose of our life in this world. Most youtubers have found their inner peace when they study about Islam and its beautiful message. Can watch their conversion stories and sharing... ❤❤

    The therapy session is good when you have mental health issues. Find someone you can share your thoughts with. Yes! We have a family but sometimes we don't want to make them worried about us. That's why we need someone that's not a family or friends who we want to share all our hard. We need someone just to listen to us without judgement. I hope you guys find and feel good now. Don't worry too much about your UA-cam channel. Enjoying your day and relaxing yourself is more important to do. 😊

    How true. Mental health is still a taboo in Malaysia. Pray those that need help is given help and forget about any stigma.. 🙏🙏🙏. I learn news things.. 🎉

      Not really. There are a lot of books in Malay talking about mental health. Jimmy and Ichang are not alone in this. We understand.

    Don't take things too seriously, just relax and enjoy what your doing. Nothing is perfect, sometimes there up and down. Let go what you can't control. Sometimes you don't have to explore on food & travel it can be out of the box. New and fresh ideas. It can be funny or weird hahaha... take a deep breath inhale and exhale slowly. Listen to soothing music, meditation or do some reading, sometimes it does help. Exercise is good too. When our mind asorb too many things we go bonkers. We need a break, always learn to calm down and eventually we think & see better.
    Will continue to support you and take great care both of you.

    Im glad you guys manage to find therapy... It is important to find other identities. Being labelled a youtuber may not be a good thing, instead find other "labels". This way, when something related to youtube affected you, you not be affected as much as you have other identities.

    Thank you Jimmy and iChang for sharing about your journey to discovering yourselves and sharing this valuable information about mental health. Glad to know that you guys are moving forward postively. Keep it up. Can see a lot of difference in your video presentations. You guys seemed more easy going and genuinely happy in your environment(in the videos). I especially liked the trekking video because i love nature.
    Once in a while maybe you either of you can slot in your solo videos. Jimmy and iChange can do their own separate things...that would be interesting to watch. I look forward to seeing what iChang's interest would be, where would she go, etc.

    Even the strongest fall downs sometimes...that only shows we are all humans with emotions also. So rest, when u have to..your body and mind is your own to handle. To seek help, it's already a first step to caring for yourself so don't feel bad about taking time off for yourselves! Sometimes the most positive people also need love as it may be a front wall to hide their true emotions. Still, don't be gone for long coz we your fans will miss your videos and where u will take us to next!😊God bless u Ichang and Jimmy!
