•1 tsp Coriander powder
•Salt
•¾ cup Curd
•½ Kilo Chicken
•2 Tomato slices
•¼ cup Coriander choppings
•¼ cup Mint choppings
•2 cups Hot Water
•2 liters Water
•1.5 inch Cinnamon
•2 Bay Leaves
•5-6 Cardamoms
•6-7 Cloves
•1 tsp Shahi Jeera
•2 Star anise
•4 tbsp Salt
•½ kilo soaked Basmati Rice
•¼ tsp Garam Masala
•¼ cup Rice cooked Water/Milk
•⅓ cup Ghee
•2 slit Green Chilies
•Little Coriander and Mint choppings
