fact: springlock suits don't have endo-heads, they simply have a swivel that both the mouth and heads rotate on. The reason for this being so a human wearer could fit their head in the mask (this is also why afton's head is the only thing still remaining)

This seems to be lore accurate.
Afton never lived after he got springlocked.
His soul controls it during FNAF 3.
You know I don't think you can remove the corpse anf he will be OK I'm pretty sure he possesses both He's not a zombie and hes not an animatronic hes a walking talking robotic corpse
His soul controls the body inside of the suit.
SpringTrap goes to Other Rooms with just Audio, and that's a part of the Code of Spring Bonnie, he goes into the direction where kids are.
William can't control it because SpringTrap is not in Suit mode, he is in Animatronic mode. So, the suit takes control of him. William can only force his body into the suit to make it move, só, he only controls the body inside.
His soul control his own body, technically he is still alive. He is just stuck inside of a Bunny Suit that controls his movement sometimes.

@@plantainsame2049 he literally possesses his dead body and is always in agony and that's why they couldn't kill him for so long, he is always producing agony, and he could only die once his nerves are gone and his remnant is burnt away.
The fact that William Afton made all of this robots like so creative heat drying robots and stuff is crazy and to make all that and just to be killed in a horrible way (spring lock failure)

Theory: the company repairing all these have already done few animatronics with human workers but things got out of ‘hand’ so they resorted to robotic arms and robot guard/workers to prevent human death
Or maybe its because it would be hard to repair the animatronics and very tiring
In fact William's soul passed through Bonnie and spring Bonnie which means it could be that William came back and started another fire
I like when it when the remnant escapes the chamber and flies into fixed spring trap and in the process activates bonnie for a second when flying through him, idk if its lore or something or detail if its detail nice attention to detail you did there
A small detail on how animatronics are powered by remnants

The reason why I think this is a prequel
1. I saw withered bonnie broken and not fixed
2. Freddy in the background was broken when “springafton” was shifted in the storage
That are the reasons why this is a prequel
My theory is that a company (which I will be calling “Animatronic repair factory and findings” or A.R.F.F)
Find broken down haunted and normal break down animatronics and repair them and sell them a fortune
When “springafton” tried to escape they armed the repair claws weapons to transfer and deploy t.a.d
What does that mean? Well I think they armed the claws with electric weapons to shock the animatronics and retransfer their remnant back in the chamber
So that they use less money and management!

Springbonnie stopped existing the moment afton possessed it, the second it was possessed it became springtrap, even if hes fixed its springtrap still

Deputy Commissioner Assistant Commander (Police) Mitchell Johnson : *Dispatches 5 squads to the Fazbear Frights pizzeria, Beta/alpha/hazel/dark/DR2. These squads are not the most special, but they are more experienced than other squads.

Both Dark and DR2’s Officers are unknown.
After the first 2 squads hazel, and Beta arrived they were immediately dispatched inside the building. Beta guarding most entrances and exits. And Hazel scanning the whole “amusement park”, After nearly 20 minutes Dark Regiment 2 (DR2) arrived. They assisted Hazel squad on clearing and scanning the building. After 5 minutes Dark Squad arrives and they 2 guard the doors with Beta squad, and 2 go catch up with DR2 but when half of dark squad arrived DR2, and Beta squad found Vanessa’s torn body, well barely 😰. After cleaning up the place Alpha squad and DR2 Find the underground pizzeria in shambles after calling DR2 and Beta they went in, after going in IMMEDIATELY 1 Officer falls and dies, as it is so dark he fell before he could put on his NVG. The squads continue they find a spring trap, the officers were horrified as they saw its human corpse inside, before they could think they heard a noise seeing a glowing red eye in the distance running 3 officers chased them leaving 2 with springtrap. The 3 officers ended up losing the *mimic* so they go back then Alpha and DR2 Arrive so they leave 4 officers with springtrap 2 on top guarding the entrance and 2 guarding *IT*. The 12 other officers scouting out the area speculating it is clear so they carry the burnt, Melted and disgusting springtrap to the base and with some very professional research they find out it is the serial killer that went missing in the 90’s *William Afton* so they guess it is dead but the pieces can be used so they send in to the “Freddy’s Custom Repair Company” and they fix it, and that is what we see going on in the video there.
This is in the early 2000’s by the way.

Video recording 1: this is The most disgusting one so far I sent out a robot to find it in all the ash and once we brought it back it was full of human guts Apparently it was 1 of the spring lock failures I think his name was William Afton I don't really know but as much As I didn't wanna do this boss said so and if I don't do this I'll get fired and this is the only job that accepted my job application So When we do fully repair him I'll keep you updated.

repairing Springtrap is takes place between Episode 4 and 5
@@MolinariDC2 Bonnie is show as fixed when you show the before and after but we also see a withered Bonnie in the animatronic room when Springtrap rushes into his slightly fixed body which,takes place BETWEEN those before and after shots

Okay, i have a theory: As seen in behind the scenes, william's soul was taken and escaped. It possibly entered springbonnie but was taken out and put back into containment/discarded.
Fun Fact: After Afton's Head Was Remove It Was kept In A Jar Then Was Buried But Before Buried They Put A Hard Jar That Was Made Out Of Iron.
At one point an old hand appeared for repairing. And this is funny in my opinion.
