As much as I love snow, until the end of May would be a biiit much for me personally 😂😂 end of Nov until sometime late Jan (but on-off after Dec, not a constant), and I’m like 🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻

We usually have snow till end of May. Really wet snow that we can slush. Real messy and cold.😃

When I was in Junior High it snowed in June. Did not last but still annoying.
any chance you could do some more smaller lot sizes like this? i feel like most of yours are on the bigger side, great build as always!
What do you consider small? This is a 30x20 😊
And I rarely ever build on lots bigger than that, so I’m a bit confused 🫣
