Photoshoot template
Make 5 to 10 boxes for your inspiration photos and a link for any other inspiration for your photoshoot for videos and stuff like that.
Also add a notes section to write down details for the photoshoot.
And up top the photo shoot template add a box for the title of the photo should.
A box for what time of day you want it to be at morning evening or afternoon and a specific time slot for the time you want to take photos at.
Location box so you can put the location of where you want to take photos at.
Maybe another notes box
Add a color scheme to for your photos
Also add a check list too
And places you might need to buy props from
Make a template on Google documents or use milanote and export it as a PDF

im pretty good a organising my shoots , I use pinterest for my mood boards & then collate my info on a call shoot that includes map , link to location & moodboard .. but might give this a go ..thank you for sharing with us

Does the drag and drop picture option only work on google chrome? Did not work in safari.
I've started researching Milanote but it appears they don't offer the templates (including the photography-specific ones) shown in this video in the free version. There isn't even a left-nav templates icon/option. Does anyone know if these are available in the paid version, or are these no longer available at all? I guess I could recreate these templates but this video makes it appear there are a host of pre-built templates so I could get started right away - however, I've found this may not be the case.
New Board, double click on it - template list will show up in bottom right corner
How can chang the font text
Is there something for mobile
There are some decent tools here for sure, but i don't see any reason I wouldn't use Trello for free instead of Milanote.
Templates are not shown in the free version, you should have stated that in your video.
