I never thought the day would come where I would hear a proper sounding gutair on a Singa track. Makes a HUGE world of difference, this is fucking epic!
@@TrungPurpVN yeah but somehow he doesn't sound much better than singa's vst. could be that singa just fucked up royally in terms of mixing when making the ED but his other tracks with live violinists sound much better
@@NEdgyman Since it popped up in-game I've been here listening to it regularly, I absolutely *do* like it! Still think it falls a bit short when compared to Step Ahead tho. Kinga shining bright 👑
left a comment saying that Singa can't compose combat music, but if this is him then he has certainly improved, seems all he needs is less random shit and a good guitar.
More like he's always been capable of this AND MORE but his "quality over quantity" work ethic plus Falcom pushing way too many songs onto him caused massive inconsistency. If Falcom really wants to save budget, I just want Ys VIII/Tokyo Xanadu Singa back lul
Finally, Singa best boss theme in the entire game. I have loved this track ever since it was revealed in the gameplay video. But i will never truly get over 1:00, like...really??
Please singa use the new guitarist more because I like this a lot Edit: This fucking bangs Falcom needs to stop giving him so much to compose because that's what is fucking him over to not making good songs
Step ahead 2.0 but slightly not as good. I think it sounded much better playing in-game than purely listening it only. Maybe it's because I pay less attention to the minor shortcomings throughout while playing. Very fun track overall.
this sounds like singa took the acceptable parts of some of his other tracks and turned them into an actually decent battle theme. not that i mind of course
Inoffensive, albeit forgettable. 5/10. (which is great for Singa) Won't mute the music volume when this come up, though lower it a bit. Edit: I reverse my initial statement about the song being "inoffensive." The guitar is indeed inoffensive, however I simply cannot stand Singa's synth violin. In fact I find his synth violin even more ear piercing than his synth guitars in other tracks. So after multiple listens I give it a 3/10 now. The synth violin is just painful to listen to. Also: the composition is a mix of multiple pieces that he seemingly thrown together to form something that resembles a composition. The only reason why this one is better received than his other tracks is because the individual pieces are catchy and because he uses an actual guitar and no synth guitar here. But other than that it suffers from the same issues as literally every other Singa song. However it seems that some people are easy to fool by his musical "fast food." 3/10

Pretty good Singa boss theme. The new guitarist is going off on this one.

Solid work from Singa. Quite like it.
That piano solo that bridges the chorus is just absolutely lovely, but also this song in general is just very good.
rare singa banger boss theme
super hot blooding! 🔥 Make my emotion rolling while fighting the boss!
nice job, Kiseki
Singa secretly genius
Step Ahead's Kuro counterpart
Yeah and unlike Step Ahead this one is actually good
