[Transformer movie toys] Masterpiece scale movie Soundwave! Newage XM1 Mista Decepticon Soundwave 声波

Another great third-party movie transformer toy. The vehicle mode looks awesome with wing doors. One place that could be improved is the brake caliper is painted on the wheels instead of the brake pad. Personally, I really like the robot mode. The joints feel just right. The paint is also pretty nice.

That one is so nicely done that in car mode it almost doesn’t even look like it could be a transformer, just a model Mercedes 👍

I will never accept Soundwave as anything other than a boombox and I don't care how outdated boomboxes are. And the sidekicks will forever be cassettes.

I hear that. I get that they don't want to do mass shifting etc, and that's why they have him change into a car. But why not a hi fi system? Some of those are huge. Yes, I get that they're not as big as cars, so his robot form would be drastically smaller. But his skill is espionage isn't? So a smaller size would be ideal. Also, is it set in stone that Soundwave has to be massive?

This is the best transformation I've ever seen of this figure. I've been debating buying him, and every transformation video just looks like shapes moving around. I can't follow it. But you went slow and methodical, with good camera angle choices.
Also, I liked the music. Reminds me of Donovan.
