It depends from season to season, if you are going in peak season you should reserve your slot as early as you can. We went in off season and did our reservations 10 days ago. No you don’t get access to the 124th Floor, you have to book separate tickets for that.
It’s on first come first serve basis. If you reach early and they have a window seat available they ll give it to you. Also we went in off season so that was a big advantage as the restaurant was almost empty and a lot of window seats were available.

On the website, it says the non window seat it 250 aed but you guys sat on a window seat. How were you able to get a window seat for that price?
