    Thanks to the many podcasts, and years of sitting back and listening to Mr Carlson and his circle of colleagues, I now spend hours sometimes, scrolling through google maps, looking at the world with new perspective and am in awe at the scale of events globally. Words can not express how thankful I am of his work, ever grateful.

    I have watched Randall for many years after discovering him on Joe Rogan. I also have watched Professor Nick Zentners UA-cam channel for many years. Both have vast amounts of info on the Washington Scablands. I spent two weeks this summer in Washington observing all these features. They are most impressive to see when you know the history of the area. Thank you Randall for sharing your knowledge.

    The unfortunate flooding event that occurred in Chimney Rock is a great representation of the power water can bring to land. The geography has significantly changed for the residents there.

      It is kind of difficult to study the changes while people are still suffering from those changes, but I would love to see an analysis of those effects.

    This should be required subjects in highschool. The truth of our past should be taught in schools. We only have a few generations to figure out how to stop this catastrophe from happening again.

    Recently, there has been an increase in academic attempts at 'debunking'... of Graham Hancock, Ben van Kirkwick and other similar researchers. What I have yet to see is anyone successfully trying it on with Randall Carlson or even attempting to. Randall has such an encyclopedic knowledge... in astronomy, geology, geography, mythology, geometry both sacred and regular, cometology, anthropology, climatology... plus the interrelationships between all these disciplines, that I cannot see anyone seriously challenging anything he says! Sure, some might try, but they would be reduced to scratching around the margins, trying to find minute discrepancies or insignificant inconsistencies in terminology while purposefully ignoring the big picture.
    As far as I can see, Randal Carlson, Graham Hancock, Ben V K, Adam Young and Chris Dunn are at the very cutting edge of modern archeological and palaeological research. It's like watching Galileo arguing with the early Christian fundamentalists!
    We live in interesting times!

    My last name is Dibble, but as far as I am aware I am not related to this Flint person. I watched the Joe Rogan interview he did with Graham Hancock and was appalled by his arrogance and demeanor. Thank you Mr. Carlson for further debunking this narrow minded gent and his flock.

    If it was a comet that hit the ice sheet, wouldn't the comet itself also be bringing with it a massive amount of extraterrestrial ice water? Isn't that what we're taught at school as to how earth got it's water in the first place?

    What happened east of the Mississippi during the great floods. In Appalachia and the south anything? Or did everything flow west

    • @Bizarreparade
      @Bizarreparade Місяць тому +1

      Look at the Appalachians on Google Earth. You'll see it. It's obvious. Start above the Great lakes and follow it down through the mountains and into the Gulf and Atlantic

    With all the catastrophic land mass changes in North American topography. The original great rivers in the garden of Edin could be today's Missouri, Ohio, and the Mississippi leading to the great delta.
