A Point Designs customer, using 4 Point Digits (2-5) on his left hand, swings a sledgehammer to test out his new prosthesis. Although it can hold much more, each Point Digit is rated for 150 lbs of load, and is corrosion and impact resistant due to it's 3D printed, titanium construction.
The Point Digit is a mechanical, reliable, ratcheting full finger prosthesis, designed to be the most robust and durable full finger prosthesis available.
Each Point Digit is 3D printed out of titanium, has a recommended load rating of 150 lbs (though it can hold much more), and can be unilaterally positioned along any one of 11 different points of flexion.
The fingertip pads that we use are also touchscreen compatible!
