    Thanks for sharing! Is there another way to dry it other than putting it out in the sun? I live in a country where we don't get a lot of sun.

      Thanks for watching my video, I don’t know any other method other than sun drying. It’s ok to sundry even when it isn’t sunny, but my prediction is that the taste isn’t as delicious it’s supposed to when it is sun-dried under cloudy weather conditions.

      Thank you so much, after the sugar is dissolved we need to keep it in the fridge, we can keep it for 1 year.

      Hi thanks for the clear reply. There are something in the video that's not clear.
      1) In the video it is said that soaking is done at night. So between afternoon and night what do we do to the radish? And why can't we sun dried longer?
      2) the first time when the radish is preserved in the sugar for 3 days, do you wash the radish before adding the sugar the 2nd time?
      Hope you can clarify
