Dude the fact that dc has the copy right for "capitan nazi" is funny as hell
Yes but actually no
Captain Nazi also made a brief appearance on Justice League Unlimited. I’m kinda surprised that other villains would throw in with him. It would’ve been interesting to see a panel where a fellow villain refuses to work with him on the basis that he’s a Nazi.
W-why would a supervillain refuse to work with Captain Nazi? They're psychopaths
@@sirgentlebread7302 Ideological differences. Case in point, Magneto and Red Skull.
@@Supremmo That's Marvel, over half of DC's villains worked with or have been Nazis. I'd be surprised if there's any who wouldn't work with Captain Nazi
and don't give me that Joker scene, it was obviously meant to be comedic, as Joker has worked with terrorists, Neo Nazis, and actual Nazis before
What? I've watched JLU probably 5 times over and don't recall this. Which episode?
@@cjstenzel It was a blink and you miss it cameo. Patriot Act was the name of the episode and he appears at the beginning.
0:32 Damn thats very accurate, scars from fencing/dueling at german military academies were kinda common back then! Given that he has a scar like that his parents must be noble folks or rich in some way to be able to afford military academy for him.
Be honest, I think he looks a lot like Homelander from the boys probably may have took some inspiration from this character really
Not to be confused with Capitan Nazi (AKA: John Hitler), from The Sidekicks Initiative book
Homelander 😂
If you can do a Kid Eternity vid or one on Saint of Killers that would be cool.
Wasn't there a huge hulking blonde teutonian Wehrmacht soldier in the 2nd season of DC's Legends of tomorrow? When Steel got his powers? That might have been the only live action version of Captain Nazi
IDK? I personally tried to watch that show, but couldn't get past a couple of episodes. Seems like a lot of people loved it, but it was just so dry to me. I'll look it up though. seems worth it to look.
Just went and watched it. There sure was, and that is definitely him.
sigh. Now I'm going to have to watch it...lol.
Due to how captain america like he is
I would have thought he was a captain america foil and nowhere in the dc universe
Freddy Frieman, OR OR OR-OR OR, OR OR OR OR.
My fav superhero
And they say Marvel was cringe. Fucking christ.
What's cringe about it first off it was done by faucet Comics so this was even before DC created the character and remember comic books were reflection of that time So you know you have American Heroes fighting against Nazi villains it seem like it was the theme to do nothing's really cringe about it honestly I think they should do more with the character especially since he is an arch enemy of Captain Marvel Lord knows the Captain Marvel nine could use a little bit more something since DC doesn't want to use them that often lol
What in the...what!? I'm a lifelong DC fan and I had no idea! Oh they HAVE to make a live-action version of this! If anyone would do it it's James Gunn. God is good! Let's go! lol In no way shape or form am I saying I'm pro-not see, I'm just saying you could spin this in to some really fucked up enjoyable entertainment!
You are SUPPOSED to hate the villain. If not, they aren't acting very good, or the writing is leaning towards humanizing the enemy (which then makes them anti-hero -ish? and not exactly a villain).
The best villains definitely come from a dark place of humanity, In my humble opinion.
lol
