Ok so I want to try this out, I'd love to have the same length that you do in this video but I can't feed hair in. My plan is to use the rubber band method or start my braid with my own hair and then crochet the french curl hair in from the top. I know that I will need thicker pieces of hair since I'm not feeding in but my question is about the length. Should I cut it in half first or install the hair first and cut after? So many times when you cut the braiding hair in half it takes away from the curl so I’m glad I could see someone who did and the hair still works! I’ve been wanting to use this hair but it only comes in 22 inches which is way too long for me!!! TYSM! Your hair looks beautiful!!!

My French curl braids are mixed with regular braiding hair added the French curl as a feed in method and I made the braids regular sized and my hair texture changed since chemo therapy so it’s not coarse like it used to be so I have to rubberband the hair and braid around the rubberband. It was then rolled up with regular rollers to maintain and protect the curls. It’s a bit long even when I cut the braided hair in half to do

Hello, I would suggest razor cutting or slide cutting with sizzors. I used this hair for tree braids years ago. Razor cutting gives the ends a feathered more blended end.
I tired it and love how mines came out I did knotted braids for my hair texture knotless does not work for me .. I only needed one pack I cut my hair in half also.. I did my braids a little bigger and used the rubber bands at the end also it looks more like a sew in then braids so cute
