I tend to stick to classic styles leaning more capsule wardrobe - more outfit possibilities. I also like neutral pieces because they provide more bang for my buck. Think solids, neutral colors.
I’ve been vegetarian since 2016 but started incorporating seafood for a few years. I hit the gym about 3-4 times a week. Do about 30 minutes on the step mill about level 6 and then do weights for about another 30 minutes. Pretty high intensity and try to lift heavy.
@@lolmakeup5786 yes, three meals a day… trying to increase to 5-6 smaller meals a day. I did 6 small meals when I did bodybuilding and it helped me get leaner.
@ don’t track calories (probably should) just try to be mindful with portion sizes. Try to make sure I eat protein with every meal. Also, nearly cut out alcohol, we don’t have soda in the house, and significantly cut back my nightly indulgence on ice cream 🤤
