I’m from a small town in Texas when my grandma was still alive she would always take everyone to church I am no Christian but I am Romanian catholic . I remember going and loved seeing the father when we get back from church we already had our Sunday lunch with my tios (uncles) ready with the food . When my grandma passed we stop going but after years of not going to church I realized how much it meant to me because that was my favorite memory I had of my wela ( grandma) she loved god so much we would Always pray now I am 18 years old and trying to get closer to god now. Being to get close to him to me it means I am Getting closer to her
So you understand being Roman Catholic is a denomination so you are Christian Grow closer to God is a process just never stop. I know that will make you very proud when she sees you again.
My sermon notes for " Tune your heart to the truth" : 1.) You are exactly what God wants you to be. The heart can be saved, and it needs to be set. Your heart is a liar 2.) Your heart is not your enemy, but it's not your instructor either. It needs to be looked at as an instrument. The instrument can never exceed the musician that plays it. 3.) Remember your actions, when God trains your fingers, even a slingshot with a smooth will bring down a giant. God is bigger than it, he's fighting for you. 4.) Before you trash it, tune it. From your heart comes your greatest fear or greatest faith, which one is your heart tuned into? Turing to God for the truth keeps you from being distracted by the enemy's lies. If the enemy can de-tune your heart, he can defeat you. 5.) Every time the seasons change, you must be recalibrated. Seasonal changes require re-tuning. Choosing God is choosing change. The strings are the strength to salvation 6.) Tune to the one who is always in tune. You need to go up higher 7.) The Lord loves you enough not to keep your life in harmony with hell 8.) Get ready for what you are going to do when you are in tune. God is tuning you

GOD speaks via (the) Bible, (tho) (also) via other writings, (and) words, via Nature----earth, air, water, heat----via other people, creatures, (plant-life), (and) (any) inanimate (even man-made) (things) influencing. Someone said, back in 1970's: if (you) believe in GOD, (you) believe in (everything). //. (I) believe (that)'s true. (Even) "delusions" are tangible (to) someone's senses, (thus) giving (them) some reality. (I) (would)|n''t| necessarily tune (my) heart (to) literal Bible interpretations, (I) trust (my) heart (to) filter what (could) have got misconstrued (due to linguistic issues most likely). What (I) believe HOLY SPIRIT has taught (me), (besides urging me to choose particular options in life), are: mutual good/mutual benefit, groups consciousness, teamwork, (and) (especially) good team-spirit (meening: building up self, team-mates, and befriending and building up RIVAL team members too ----that is what makes teams interactions be FRIENDLY COMPETITION----rather than brutal, unsavory, pathetic----|not| (only) (for) team sports, (also) (for) other human interactions----such as politics, domestic and international relations, etcetera. Christians (should)|n't| have enemies, just RIVALS, imo. (Sabotage needs to get nipped in the bud, always). If (things) (could) (go right) (to) GOD's sight, (they) (do) (go right)----gets (to) (be) Natural Law, now. (Sooner the better, imo).
Ronald, we serve a healing Lord. 9 years ago He pulled me from the brink of death, from 25 years of meth and chaos. Believe the healing when it comes because it will. Someone said you are on the brink, that you are so miserable because the time is coming for your healing. I believe that too. By the blood of the Lamb you will be healed and by the word of your testimony people will see His goodness. Hold on friend, pray and listen for His still small voice in the silence of your agony. And when He comes, believe His healing, walk in that. Share your pain and be free in Him. 🙏🙏🙏

I am facing a Goliath problem. God never fails to speak to me powerfully through these sermons. I was listening whilst tidying my kitchen and as I picked up a smooth, flat pebble from the counter, Steve spoke of David picking a smooth, flat pebble! My heart is turned to God and ready for tuning.
I don't know where to start. It could be at the song which I sang through college and preached in my heart for years after. After being in an abusive relationship for years that son stopped playing in my heart first thing in the morning. I escaped and now going through a rough divorce the stress and trauma convinced me that I had lost my voice. But this makes so much sense. My heart has just been out of tune. God has been reminding me that I'm his daughter and I have access to him. My father and time in heaven s word and presence can tune the strings of my heart. I woke this morning with my morning song back again. It made the exhaustion from all of this more bearable. The PTSD didn't stand up and overwhelm me today. No panic attack today. This word is confirmation that I plan on watching over and over until I can get it written all the way on my heart.
The way Chris so casually detuned the strings, even with a slight smirk, hits the nail on the head: it is a perfect illustration of how the enemy so carelessly sabotages us when we’re not looking. This sermon was extraordinary.

I started watching pastor Steven in 2020 during covid and by 2021 I totally got delivered and set free from drinking alcohol as a means of coping with grief .. I totally reconnected with God and I have been completely redeemed and restored!!!

Wow Lisa, I don't know if you will ever see this but I am exactly who you were talking about today. I had a chemical pregnancy in December, and got pregnant again in February. Blood work was great and I made it all the way to the ultrasound, but they didn't find a baby. We have now found that my husband has some health struggles so we don't know when we will be able to grow our family again. My heart is broken, I am on staff at our church, we lead a small group. I have honored God with my previous miscarriages. I needed this sermon so much and just wanted to say thank you! I feel the nearness of God, I know he is beyond faithful. And I can trust him ❤️ I believe for another baby soon!
Dear Ronald Gordon I don’t know who you are. I do know that since I’ve been watching Steven Furtick, it gives me hope in my life. Maybe because I watch him every Sunday, I was supposed to see your comment. Maybe God brought me here to watch it again and see what you have written.. three years ago, my husband, whom I’m separated from was falling apart as well. Temptation and addiction ruled his life. I prayed to God please help me and help him because I couldn’t do anything anymore to make it right no matter what I said, or did his addictions still consumed him for 28 years. The day I prayed the prayer three hours later I was out walking my dog and walked up on the hill that we usually walk on and could see the street below. I saw my husband‘s car there with a police car and an ambulance by it. I walked down and there he lay dying on the ground. The police officer asked me if I knew him and I said I did they asked me if I knew what was wrong with him and I was afraid to answer at first because I thought he was going to get in a lot of trouble and then they told me he was dying and I said that he was addicted to drugs and alcohol . They gave him Narcan and he survived. God brought me there that day because I was weary. I don’t think it was by chance my husband has since went to AA. He has had some fallbacks, but is currently not using or drinking. I think if you keep watching Steven Furtick, Elevation Church, you might start to look into his messages and find out there is hope for you . listen to his words and ask God to help you he will maybe not right away but he will help as I found out. My life isn’t perfect and my husband and I are not together right now, but he is alive and well because God brought me there that day when I was at my lowest day and I believe my husband would have not survived. Had God not heard my prayer that morning I wish you well with everything . Tune in to elevation Church on Sunday mornings at around 1040 and listen maybe God will have a message to help you. I listened to Steven Furtick online I live 600 miles away from his church, but I I am glad I found him.. God bless you

I've been suffering for 9 months with psychiatric medication withdrawal and severe effects from them. The despair and pain is overwhelming 24 hours a day. My son is here too but he struggles with mental illness. He’s stable now and we are praising God for his faithfulness. I need to say this right here and right now. Pastor Steven needs to hear this and know this. Honestly, we all need to hear this and know this. Pastor Steven, I love your singing voice. The thing that all need to hear is this, though. Even if we couldn't carry a tune in a bucket, still a heart that is in tune with truly praising God creates beautiful music when what the person is singing from their lips comes from that heart of worship. This is a battle that I faced for many a year. My voice was not aligned with the heart that I praised God with. My voice was shaky as everything due to my uncertainty in my ability which God had given me. My brother consistently criticized my pitch, my tune, all of my best efforts pertaining to the song that my voice was producing. The thing was that my heart was in it. It took faith which came over time for me to overcome these criticisms that my brother spoke against me. Now, I have learned that the heart is so much more important than the voice of the singer. Of course, God has given me a voice to sing all the same. "Ask and you shall receive."
I want to personally say thank you for your obedience to God. I have listened to this message three times now. Yes, my heart has deceived me and like you said, It is my responsibility to be sure my heart stays tuned to God and His Truth. I have been fighting seeds that I allowed to seep into my heart, mind, and tormented my soul. I rededicate my life to Christ because I knew I was following this deceitful heart. I said things, did things and it hurt the person that proclaimed to love with all my heart, my wife. My wife who does know I am a man of God, my wife who bore me my three beautiful children, Nissi, Ezekiel, and Jireh. I confessed my wrong doing and I know God has forgiven me and I claim it. I'm no victim. I am a victor. Thank you God for this man you have used to help us Your people from ourselves. Thank you that You cover this man and the sheep you put under his charge. Thank you that he follows Your voice and pushes his flesh to the side. Thank you that he is truthful about his own life so that he may reach the people even the more. I pray You keep Your angles posted with him and that they go before him to ready the space for Your Truth. Thank you God.

I’m not the pastor, though I am inclined to comment. I understand exactly what you’re going through. I believe this is because you’re on the verge of a breakthrough. The enemy knows how powerful you are. He knows exactly what God has in store for you. You have to keep pressing forward, lean into it. Know that he has you exactly where you need to be to get where you’re going. Understand that things wouldn’t feel like they were getting worse unless the enemy was at your throat. In the enemy wouldn’t be at your throat if you weren’t a threat. Remember that. When this is over for you and you’ve done what you need to get where you’re going, it’s gonna be a sad day for the kingdom of darkness.!!!

If you knew what has been happening to me to create a situation whereby we are both in tune, but are being lied to in order to create discord. Either way, God is with us. The other night i played your video and turned it on. I paused it when the message was about to begin. I called out to Jesus and blindly opened my Bible to Deutoronomy. I read the passage and pressed play. It was the very same passage that you were preaching on. I know God is with us both. Your voice is perfectly suited for preaching and singing and whispering as long as it is doing it for the Lord Jesus. I've been a believer for my whole life I was saved back in 94 and I was baptized in 2010 I've been falling apart with Addiction for of 40 years I've asked and prayed I also found out how To hear Gods answers this past year. Faith. GOD will never hurt you. It's Really hard with the devil talking in our ear constantly. The closer we get..the more he messes with us. Just know every minute we have HIM everyday . and I promise everyone of us struggle with being decieved ..i dont think of this everyday...i struggle too. But I can say from all that NOTHING BAD COMES FROM GOD. I can say this to you now. Yet tomorrow I'll struggle. Pastor is an awesome AWESOME vessel that brings us understanding..It's through GOD you hear him. HE loves you ..always and forever. I believe in GOD...more importantly HE believes in you.
Like an antique piece of furniture with many layers of paint, I went through a long season of being stripped to the bare wood. Everything I ever believed no longer made sense. When at last I found myself with nothing but me and God, I found He was all I need AND all I want. Now, I am bold. . .crazy bold. . people shake their head, bold. Hang on. This message moved my heart so deeply. My father was a minister/musician who practiced several nights a week. We kids sat in on every practice session, and I remember every session began with them all getting in tune. Nothing was done until they were in tune. My father played a six string acoustic guitar. My sermon notes for " Tune your heart to the truth" :
1.) You are exactly what God wants you to be. The heart can be saved, and it needs to be set. Your heart is a liar
2.) Your heart is not your enemy, but it's not your instructor either. It needs to be looked at as an instrument. The instrument can never exceed the musician that plays it.
3.) Remember your actions, when God trains your fingers, even a slingshot with a smooth will bring down a giant. God is bigger than it, he's fighting for you.
4.) Before you trash it, tune it. From your heart comes your greatest fear or greatest faith, which one is your heart tuned into? Turing to God for the truth keeps you from being distracted by the enemy's lies. If the enemy can de-tune your heart, he can defeat you.
5.) Every time the seasons change, you must be recalibrated. Seasonal changes require re-tuning. Choosing God is choosing change. The strings are the strength to salvation
6.) Tune to the one who is always in tune. You need to go up higher
7.) The Lord loves you enough not to keep your life in harmony with hell
8.) Get ready for what you are going to do when you are in tune. God is tuning you

Ronald, we serve a healing Lord. 9 years ago He pulled me from the brink of death, from 25 years of meth and chaos. Believe the healing when it comes because it will. Someone said you are on the brink, that you are so miserable because the time is coming for your healing. I believe that too. By the blood of the Lamb you will be healed and by the word of your testimony people will see His goodness. Hold on friend, pray and listen for His still small voice in the silence of your agony. And when He comes, believe His healing, walk in that. Share your pain and be free in Him. 🙏🙏🙏

I am facing a Goliath problem. God never fails to speak to me powerfully through these sermons. I was listening whilst tidying my kitchen and as I picked up a smooth, flat pebble from the counter, Steve spoke of David picking a smooth, flat pebble! My heart is turned to God and ready for tuning.
I don't know where to start. It could be at the song which I sang through college and preached in my heart for years after. After being in an abusive relationship for years that son stopped playing in my heart first thing in the morning. I escaped and now going through a rough divorce the stress and trauma convinced me that I had lost my voice. But this makes so much sense. My heart has just been out of tune. God has been reminding me that I'm his daughter and I have access to him. My father and time in heaven s word and presence can tune the strings of my heart. I woke this morning with my morning song back again. It made the exhaustion from all of this more bearable. The PTSD didn't stand up and overwhelm me today. No panic attack today. This word is confirmation that I plan on watching over and over until I can get it written all the way on my heart.
*Whoever reading this, God knows what you are facing through, he heard your cry, He is going to deliver you. Just trust in him. Amen 💞*

I had a chemical pregnancy in December, and got pregnant again in February. Blood work was great and I made it all the way to the ultrasound, but they didn't find a baby.
We have now found that my husband has some health struggles so we don't know when we will be able to grow our family again.
My heart is broken, I am on staff at our church, we lead a small group. I have honored God with my previous miscarriages.
I needed this sermon so much and just wanted to say thank you! I feel the nearness of God, I know he is beyond faithful. And I can trust him ❤️ I believe for another baby soon!

I don’t know who you are. I do know that since I’ve been watching Steven Furtick, it gives me hope in my life.
Maybe because I watch him every Sunday, I was supposed to see your comment. Maybe God brought me here to watch it again and see what you have written.. three years ago, my husband, whom I’m separated from was falling apart as well. Temptation and addiction ruled his life. I prayed to God please help me and help him because I couldn’t do anything anymore to make it right no matter what I said, or did his addictions still consumed him for 28 years. The day I prayed the prayer three hours later I was out walking my dog and walked up on the hill that we usually walk on and could see the street below. I saw my husband‘s car there with a police car and an ambulance by it. I walked down and there he lay dying on the ground. The police officer asked me if I knew him and I said I did they asked me if I knew what was wrong with him and I was afraid to answer at first because I thought he was going to get in a lot of trouble and then they told me he was dying and I said that he was addicted to drugs and alcohol . They gave him Narcan and he survived. God brought me there that day because I was weary. I don’t think it was by chance my husband has since went to AA. He has had some fallbacks, but is currently not using or drinking. I think if you keep watching Steven Furtick, Elevation Church, you might start to look into his messages and find out there is hope for you . listen to his words and ask God to help you he will maybe not right away but he will help as I found out. My life isn’t perfect and my husband and I are not together right now, but he is alive and well because God brought me there that day when I was at my lowest day and I believe my husband would have not survived. Had God not heard my prayer that morning I wish you well with everything . Tune in to elevation Church on Sunday mornings at around 1040 and listen maybe God will have a message to help you. I listened to Steven Furtick online I live 600 miles away from his church, but I I am glad I found him.. God bless you

I need to say this right here and right now. Pastor Steven needs to hear this and know this. Honestly, we all need to hear this and know this. Pastor Steven, I love your singing voice. The thing that all need to hear is this, though. Even if we couldn't carry a tune in a bucket, still a heart that is in tune with truly praising God creates beautiful music when what the person is singing from their lips comes from that heart of worship.
This is a battle that I faced for many a year. My voice was not aligned with the heart that I praised God with. My voice was shaky as everything due to my uncertainty in my ability which God had given me. My brother consistently criticized my pitch, my tune, all of my best efforts pertaining to the song that my voice was producing. The thing was that my heart was in it. It took faith which came over time for me to overcome these criticisms that my brother spoke against me.
Now, I have learned that the heart is so much more important than the voice of the singer. Of course, God has given me a voice to sing all the same. "Ask and you shall receive."
I want to personally say thank you for your obedience to God. I have listened to this message three times now. Yes, my heart has deceived me and like you said, It is my responsibility to be sure my heart stays tuned to God and His Truth. I have been fighting seeds that I allowed to seep into my heart, mind, and tormented my soul. I rededicate my life to Christ because I knew I was following this deceitful heart. I said things, did things and it hurt the person that proclaimed to love with all my heart, my wife. My wife who does know I am a man of God, my wife who bore me my three beautiful children, Nissi, Ezekiel, and Jireh. I confessed my wrong doing and I know God has forgiven me and I claim it. I'm no victim. I am a victor.
Thank you God for this man you have used to help us Your people from ourselves. Thank you that You cover this man and the sheep you put under his charge. Thank you that he follows Your voice and pushes his flesh to the side. Thank you that he is truthful about his own life so that he may reach the people even the more. I understand exactly what you’re going through. I believe this is because you’re on the verge of a breakthrough.
The enemy knows how powerful you are. He knows exactly what God has in store for you.
You have to keep pressing forward, lean into it. Know that he has you exactly where you need to be to get where you’re going.
Understand that things wouldn’t feel like they were getting worse unless the enemy was at your throat. In the enemy wouldn’t be at your throat if you weren’t a threat.
Remember that. When this is over for you and you’ve done what you need to get where you’re going, it’s gonna be a sad day for the kingdom of darkness.!!!

If we could speak face to face, we would be saying the same things to each other. I believe Jesus loves us and we need to support his family. Our family. If you knew what has been happening to me to create a situation whereby we are both in tune, but are being lied to in order to create discord. Either way, God is with us. The other night i played your video and turned it on. I paused it when the message was about to begin. I called out to Jesus and blindly opened my Bible to Deutoronomy. I read the passage and pressed play. It was the very same passage that you were preaching on. I know God is with us both. So I checked your sermon in this early morning, today, exactly 2 years of the death of my beloved husband, January 29, 2024.
How a truly sermon that touched my heart deeply , ps. Steven! I cried remembering how much God accompanied and defended me during these 2 years of tough and unpleasant loneliness. And a touching old hymn, with your guitar. (I knew this song when I was young).

I’ve been watching your live sermons since October. In October my husband said it was over, I cried and cried. Then I listened to one of your sermons. I am not crying anymore about my marriage,my tears are for when God reveals something to me, I thank God for keeping me and I know God can restore my marriage if it’s his will, I’m trusting God and I am love the New Me! This message moved my heart so deeply. My father was a minister/musician who practiced several nights a week. We kids sat in on every practice session, and I remember every session began with them all getting in tune. Nothing was done until they were in tune. My father played a six string acoustic guitar. I hope you never stop singing Pastor. Steven and I love it when you play your guitar. God bless you for so many years of grace and growth.
