Sean.....MY GUY!!!! Totally agree that this is probably one of the strongest years for superhero movies a friend and myself were actually recently talking about this. My list is the exact same as yours except I might put Incredibles 2 before Aquaman. But I am glad to see that you have Avengers: Infinity War and Black Panther ahead of Spiderman Into the Spiderverse not just because I also have it as my third but I am seeing from a lot of people including some of my friends saying spiderman was the number one of the year. And even though this spiderman maybe one of my favorites i could not put it above Black panther and for sure not Avengers Infinity war just on the basis of the cinematic feat it achieved and like you said there has not been a movie with such high expectation and it did an amazing job of exceeding it. In my opinion infinity war and black panther were the same thing we've seen from marvel in the past . What really surprised me was aquaman and spiderman into the spiderverse. I was smiling the whole time with those two movie just amazing.

This ranking is close to what I think are objectively the best movies and fairly close to my favorite as is below. 1) black panther 2) Aquaman 3) spiderverse 4) infinity war 5) incredinles 2 6) deadpool 2 7) Antman and the wasp 8) Venom 9) Teen titans This is the best year in comic movies It's fitting that it comes 10 years after what I used to consider the best year of 2008.
Aquaman Infinity War Black Panther / Deadpool 2 Rest The CGI in Aquaman was amazing, he wasn't even on my radar of best superheroes, but the movie was amazing and blew me away.
