In this video, I talk about different aspects of life in Germany ranging from work life, Healthcare, infrastructure, family life to weather and language barrier. Enjoy the video!
Hi! Where I live I can't get job because I have epilepsy. It is very good controled by meds but employers don't want to employ people with disabilities including me. How is situation in Germany? I would like to know . If it is similar than I can stay in my country. I want to work but country isn't very well informed and has no money to employ people with disabilities. Thank You for informations.
Life is real hell here. Can't recommend any upper middle class from India to come here . All that you hear like healthcare, housing, job salary etc One answer: if you earn 25 lakhs in India then don't come here as job market is not attractive here. Earning salaries like 130 K is not that common and 70 to 80 K Euros annually is like average middle class person
Agree, child feel lonely and weather is grey and cold 8-9 month so kids cant play outside. Its painful to search and get a good kita. Private kita charge 800 -900 euro.
When in Germany, do as Germans do. Dress up your child in weather appropriate gear and take them outside no matter what (except in rain ofcourse). There are also lot of possibilities for Indoor play for kids, museums for kids. Arrange playdates with other kids on rainy days. For kita - it is ofcourse easy to get a spot if both parents are working, studying (language course for example) or registered with the employment office as Arbeitssuchend (searching for a job). Good luck!

One of the worst thing is getting appointment for first registration of doctor..
Your Health Insurance can help in getting appointments. Just call them and let them do this for you. I took their help many times when I was new here.
