I'm sure it's been said, but I don't want to read all through the comments - just because it's a freestyle; it doesn't mean that it's "off the top". It can be as simple as spitting unreleased written lyrics over a beat and maybe sprinkling in a few lines off the top. Then you might hear those same lyrics on a song eventually. There's probably only a small number of MCs that can spit completely off the top. This was clearly written, but absolute fire as well.
