    Laura i hope you've looked into jamie. She really did him dirty and diminished him. He's dedicated almost 20 years to car seat safety and it's his career. He is one of the most kind people ever. She leaned into homophobia to discredit him. She follows a lot of transphobic people and has spread antivax stuff.

    Wait… she said something about reincarnation, and knowing things she shouldn’t at such a young age, then says we have only one life so live it.
    Seriously not trying to be a 🍆 but this jumped out at me. Help me make it make sense.

    • @pretzelmaker3122
      @pretzelmaker3122 5 місяців тому

      Reincarnation doesn't mean you in the whole sense returns to Earth. Your soul does but while it can still have memories from past lives, it generally has more senses and less details. Believing in reincarnation doesn't mean you'll feel any different about this life because THIS life only happens once. When your soul is ready, you will return but not as Nick or whoever and certainly not with the same friends, life, experiences, etc.
      It's also possible she doesn't so much believe in reincarnation as believe it is possible but still wants to live this life as if there isn't another because this might be the only one.

    Thank you for the awareness about water beads. I had to look up wtf water beads were. I have 2 teenage boys and pretty sure they didn't exist when they were little. I just have a feeling that I was meant to see this because you just never know when they may pop up around loved ones with littles. ...And YES.. people know they can die at anytime and it may be the last time they ever see a loved one.. but for me, it didn't set REAL until it really happened to me in June. One day I woke up being told my beloved momma had been found passed away in her chair, three days before my birthday. An utter gobsmacked shock to every sense; while heart raced and breathing weighted in, I perceived myself to not be breathing or having a heartbeat for several seconds. My friend told me I was in a complete fugue state for 2 1/2 hours. She said she'll never forget every minute of me walking in her house and every word I said. I just remember that it wasn't until I heard someone say something like "life without her" that I burst out weeping and wailing. From then on I cried most of the day for 3 weeks straight. She just retired from 43yrs at the bank just 2 months earlier and would've turned 69 in July. The day after her funeral I found my unwritten/signed birthday card on a shelf with the most important precious, printed sentiment that she last chose for me to read. A week after her funeral I watched our neighbor get shot down in front of me in front of our house. It was suicide by cop. Life if crazy and cruel sometimes. And now I owe the funeral home $16,000, so there's that.

  • @josedavila3619
    @josedavila3619 2 місяці тому

    No disrespect but I do feel like it's the parents fault if you're allowing your kids to ingest water beads it's on you quit acting like it's the company's fault it's just you placing the blame on someone other than yourself first of all you're the one buying the beads for your children and you should understand that when they're little like really little and they can't comprehend it its on you to watch them and make sure that they're okay and they don't ingest it you don't tell your kids to ingest their toys so quit acting like all of a sudden it's a different narrative because it is a toy to have fun with quit playing the victim be a parent

    Absolutely love this 😊
    As someone with a dark sense of humour, and having been around death more than the average person, this was so refreshing to me 😂. Being raised by much older parents and having lost both of them before my 30th bday, (and my in-laws are also passed) I appreciate this type of work so much.
    I was exposed to death from a very young age. Visiting the funeral home to see passed loved ones was a common thing my mother would bring me along for.
    Death is sooo taboo, yet so natural (even if sudden). And it shouldnt be taboo. It really hit home for me one day when watching a video of hospice workers. Their goal with the video was to also normalize death.
    If it wasnt for my early exposure to death, and my spiritual beliefs (ghosts are def real, and there is sooo much we really dont know) I would not have been able to deal with my parents passing "as well" as I did.
    Im subbing to her channel ASAP! 😊

    Loved watching this podcast❤. My brother died 12 year ago in my house. I'm sure he used to visit us often after that. But since I moved house I've never seen nor felt his presence. Do you believe they know where we are ? I'm terrified incase he thinks I left him.

    Some people hate people because they hate themselves. I hope Lauren gets the help she needs. Don’t cancel her please. 😢
