first justin bieber and now aaron carter . . . look at what being desperate does to your skin ANYWAY I do this every day so what are we going to talk about tomorrow?
please talk about what gabby hanna did with showing a murder victim on her video, when the bold letters on the side of her screen LITERALLY SAID there was a murder of a 17 year old girl. it’s awful.
I think talentless people l like me lolz 😆 don't all think l Iike that artist SHOULD BE APPRECIATED AND CREDITED FOR THEIR TALENT JUST LIKE YOU D'ANGELO 👏 ❤
Oh my god these people. "The art is public" means that anybody can comment and criticize it, not that it can be used for business/promotion if it isn't yours
Aaron Carter's only relevance in the entertainment industry to date is being a guest star on Lizzie McGuire, singing "I Want Candy", and then kissing Hillary duff at the end
As an artist myself, this makes me physically angry. This is INFURIATING and I just want to smack this dude. Art is personal property and CAN BE STOLEN. I'm not about to go and steal someone else stuff. Just disgusting. I'm glad this issue is getting traffic. Love your videos, thank you for making this issue known!
as someone who is also an artist if that happened to me i'd take that bitch to court with two words on twitter because i just can't be bothered. i admire that dude that got his work stolen being so passive cause i wouldn't have lol
I wonder if Aaron Carter would care if someone used his music without permission to cash in on whatever garb they’re peddling. Probably not, he’d demand royalties from I Want Candy dammit-and the fact that he simply remade an already famous song someone else made successful... that’s his best achievement, that’s pretty damn lame
OKAY THIS IS UNRELATED BUT you’re comment currently has 444 likes with 4 reply’s and your name has 4 letters in it and u joined UA-cam 4 years ago..thought that was cool and wanted to share
@@strongboi3028 "work & personality behind his clothing" it looks like a hoodie that got splashed with bleach, mate. 🤦🏻♀️😂 Not very unique. But sure! Go ahead & waste $100 on something you could easily DIY.
@@strongboi3028 There's work and care that goes into designing wearable clothes, mass producing it everyday and having them be good enough to be a huge business despite the low prices. There is work, but no care, in dunking a shirt in bleach and hoping it comes out with some kind of pattern and stealing art from a talented passionate individual to promote your overpriced garbage. Even then, I could buy someone else's merch for way less that price and get the same (if not better) quality and an actual design that someone put some level of thought into to make appealing or recognizable.
Fun fact, Nick Carter has a restraining order against Aaron Carter. Another fun fact, the only song by Aaron Carter anyone really knows is "I Want Candy" and that was a cover. Great video
Wait, why is there a restraining order? smh Aaron is really struggling huh. someone needs to set him straight lmao Edit: nvm I saw another comment explaining... sad
@@quirkypurple3 he Legit still says at any opportunity that he beat Shaq, and he really BELIEVES HE DID! It’s Ridiculous... He recently told his fans that Elvis Presley is his Grandfather!💯🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
His brother is the only reason he's famous but yet the dude has his own fans and he was signed as a kid the backstreet boys manager didn't have to sign him makes no sense
He should get some help, he had multiple mental break down throughout the years and he should be seek professional help. His older brother had to get restraining order against Aaron because Aaron was threatening his wife. Its really sad tbh.
Nah. I's sad if it was once, twice or even 5 times but he's recieved professional help at least a dozen times but yet, there's always something that comes up where he fucked up or fucked someone(in a shitty way).
I thought it was something mental related. Kids involved with famous and rich families can go downhill real fast if they aren’t taken care of properly. Probably didn’t help that he was never as popular as his brother and was used in desperate attempts for fame and profit. I hope he gets proper help for that
He has schizophrenia but he apparently stopped treatment because he got addicted to his meds, although I don't know if he's in treatment right now. He's also addicted to alcohol and other drugs, went to rehab like 4 times already. He's desperate to be relevant again to relieve his debts because he basically wasted all his money on drugs. His family didn't want to see him because he stole their money.
I do firmly believe that he was sexually abused by michael jackson like many other boys. this screwed him up plus getting treated as a spoiled brat all his life, learned to lie from an early age, does not know how to take responsibility because other people were/are doing everything for him his entire life. he is a narcisstic sociopath with a drug habbit.
"The most embarrassing Celebrity I've had the misfortune of hearing about recently.." The best description & most accurate I've heard to date!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 It's so funny how he doesn't realize they were capitalizing on his "cuteness" as a kid & just trying to profit until he was no longer "cute". He peaked at 12. But, he literally thinks he is equal to Justin Bieber, etc... I've never seen someone so delusional in my whole life! Maybe his "fans" are even more delusional, for giving him money so he might notice them, but the whole thing is INSANE!
Even in Arron's heyday, he never came close to what Bieber achieved in a few short years. I was there during Aaron's time, I was his target audience lol and he was there for a second and next thing you know he was gone lol There was a weird boy band boom but only two (over in north america anyways) stood the test of time with one of them going on to be the best selling male group in history, being the backstreet boys. Arron seems to attributes his brothers success with his own, being nick was so famous and successful, that means aaron must be too. Delusional.
A few years ago I went to an iheartradio "birthday bash" concert that had lots of artists (I was there for Niall Horan and Liam Payne)... but fifth harmony, Jacob Arthur, and a few others were there. WELL Aaron Carter was the opening act for the opening act for the opening act and my oh my that man acted like he was Jesus incarnate. The audience was literally like (who?!?!) and he was dressed like 2014 Bieber and it was just all horrible. The next day he woke up in our local hospital because he was "dehydrated" but honestly he seemed like he was on something way stronger than a lack of water. it was the strangest experience. but Niall and Liam were absolute dears💖
As an artist who watched this shit go down, I'd like to say that most artists have to be extremely polite when it comes to copyright and reposting. People don't take us seriously, or come after us if we aren't being hella polite. Not to mention, almost every online artist has had their work stolen, so JoJo probably had done this many times before and knew what to say. It's a real shame, how people steal shit. And then turn around and insult the person who made it.
Haven't watched the video yet, and I don't know if you're talking about Jojo's bizarre adventure but..... Art theft happens all the time and no one ever stands up for the artists. The k you for bringing attention to this. It has happened to my 13 year old daughter and we are STILL fighting it. Your voice matters and I appreciate SO much that you use it for good. Thanks!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
At one point he (aaron) followed my furry art twitter. He quickly REGRETTED this decision and unfollowed so knowing that he saw one of my furry drawings makes me smile.
I feel like he’s fried his brain with drugs and is forever lost. I can’t bring myself to hate him despite all his horrible decisions. I don’t think he can control himself and needs help. It’s beyond understanding for the masses, he’s in his own world and can’t help it.
No. He CAN help it. Addiction is a problem, but using a history of addiction and abuse to explain away your shitty behaviour is too. I've been through and done a lot of crap that I regret, but I can tell you from experience that if you don't confront your choices and take action to help yourself, things will only get worse. Having bad things happen to you isn't a freudian excuse to do bad things to others.
@@jchen8902 Easy there lol Explaining something is not automatically an attempt to "explain something away". Empathizing with where someone's coming from, is not the same as excusing/forgiving their past behavior or encouraging their current behavior. When a doctor tells you you got cancer cuz of smoking and says you should quit even though it's hard to quit, they're NOT saying you should continue smoking lol. If you read up on narcissistic personality, which I suspect Aaron is struggling with, you'll see that narcissistic defenses are knee-jerk reactions, i.e. reflexes that bypass/disable conscious self-reflection and behavior-control mechanisms. That's why narcissism is one of the most difficult personality traits to manage, as it's the trait itself that prevents the person from even seeing that they're having a problem. It's not that they're not willing to acknowledge their faults and shortcomings, it's that they literally _can't_ . People struggling with narcissism typically only get help, if they develop secondary problems (depression, eating disorders, addictions etc.), and the only thing doctors can do is treat the secondary problems. There simply is no cure for narcissism. As a bystander there is only two options: radical acceptance + managing your expectations (i.e. don't try to "save" the narcissist), or complete disengagement from the narcissist. Read up on it, if you don't believe me. There's also tons of yt content on this topic. Having said that, I just wanna emphasize again that Aaron = narcissist is me speculating, because it fits in comparison with a NPD-diagnosed relative of mine. But I could be wrong ofc.
Aaron Carter threatened to kill his brothers pregnant wife, then lied about buying a house in my province after his concert in Halifax (of which he almost didnt make because of police showing up to his house) all while his brother was trying to serve a protection order against him. Him stealing artwork is no surprise honestly, he's absolute trash. Pretty sure he had to cancel all his tour dates after the halifax show too...
I’m almost 30 and I remember this guy being a big thing when I was a kid. Especially in the suburbs, lots of the girls were obsessed with him. He was extremely relevant and well liked. Unfortunately, he’s become less and less of what he used to be due to drugs and trying to maintain his fame. It’s crazy sad.
I'm almost 30 as well and I gotta admit I was one of those girls who found him extremely attractive, but just that. The fact is he now looks like a drug addict and nothing about him is remotely attractive lol.
I too am almost thirty and had a huge crush. Aaron Carter, Amanda Bynes and Orlando Brown will never be the same. They should be used in anti-drug ads.
The only reason Aaron Carter's famous is because of his brother, and even his brother doesn't want to be anywhere near him. Guess somebody needs to get out of their livestreaming bed and smell the coffee.
It’s kind of funny how all these young kids joke about “who’s Aaron Carter”? He was huge at one time. He had a couple hit songs and even starred in a few movies. He wasn’t just “Nick Carter’s younger brother”
I just remembered that there was a dark time in history that Aaron Carter played Jojo in Seussical the Musical on Broadway as like a last ditch effort of stunt casting so the show would last longer (it didn’t) - all this talk of JoJoe in the video had me thinking wow what kinda full circle life hits ya fast kinda shit is this
lol so I kind of wish you had included more about who aaron carter has been in the media because I think it offers a lot of insight into this situation. yes, aaron carter is "just nick carter's untalented little brother", but aaron essentially got pushed into the spotlight when he was VERY VERY young (I think 3? I could be wrong) by his family and lou pearlman, aka bsb and nsync's manager. lou stole hundreds of thousands of dollars from all of the bands and the carter family, and aaron carter still defends him. there are rumors that lou was a pedophile, which aaron acknowledges and still defends him. aaron was also one of the kids that hung out at michael jackson's neverland ranch, and he defends michael to this day. aaron was a victim of powerful men in the music industry and because he got involved so young, essentially grew up normalizing and defending lying and stealing. he has the sense of eternal celebrity because that's all hes ever known, he expected to grow up to be a music industry darling that would never face repercussion for his actions. not to mention, he started struggling with addiction very very young and has continued to struggle throughout his life. at this point his own brother wont even speak to him, he's really spun out in the last few years. I don't think any of his actions are not defendable, he's not trying to be better than the morally bankrupt men that he grew up around. just some thoughts from someone who is way too interested in irrelevant 90's pop stars!
Yeah. It is sad he went through all that at a young age HOWEVER, as an adult. A pretty old adult at that, should know better than to keep repeating mistakes AT this Time He should definitely know better so it doesn’t matter what he went through. He’s a dick and needs to know he better humble himself and not act like the world owes him literally everything. In a sense you are defending him. That’s why you bring all this up lol but still he’s an asshole and whatever happened at his young age does suck but it’s irrelevant To him now
Excusing “celebrities” of their repeatedly bad behaviour because “they grew up in this type of industry” or “they didn’t have a proper childhood” sort of thing wears a little thin after a while. There are MANY celebrities and other people who have been in the exact situation, if not worse, and live very respectful lives without throwing their egos in everyone’s face. I think he’s probably had some shitty things happen in his life, which happens sometimes. But he’s an adult now, he’s in his 30s, it’s time to take accountability and act your age.
You know trauma sticks around... right? Some people go through their entire life affected by their trauma. Doesn’t excuse his behavior because he CAN control the actions he takes. But... when people continue to only show him hate, how else do you cope with both your trauma and being hated by everyone? Everyone has undergone and overcome things, but if in fact he did go through all that trauma at a YOUNG age, it most definitely will affect his adulthood ESPECIALLY if he received no help or support. Again, he is responsible for taking care of himself but saying he’s 30+, he should be over it? That’s ignorant. I still think he’s disgusting but think before you say something. If you’re a trauma victim yourself, you should be even more ashamed.
I take pride in knowing that, even waaaaaay back in the day when Aaron Carter was actually relevant, my 10 year old brain thought his music was annoying garbage lol.
In 2018, Aaron randomly started following me after I commented on BSB’s Twitter and started following them for the nostalgia. I thought it was weird, but then I followed him back. Early 2020, he made an announcement that he was starting to unfollow loads of people. He still follows me, but I don’t follow him. But I do still follow and like A LOT of BSB tweets and posts. Sooooooo idk what’s going on either, D’Angelo lol 😂
As someone who does art... There was this disgusting feeling in my spine through the whole Video. Art-Stealing happens so much on the Internet and it's actually a crime but there are so many people who just don't care. So freaking mad
Yeah I love how it's been almost 20 years and he still has not figured out that being famous once upon a time doesn't make somebody permanently famous. Like I think he legitimately doesn't understand that it's been over for him for a looooong time.
I swear, I would file a case to whoever steals my art, and whoever defends the stealer... like bruh they arent for free, we spend time making art... people these days, cant appreciate effort.
Or even just using their profile picture in general. You know what. Somebody should take one of his supporters profile pics and use it as theirs and see how they like it.. that's not even nearly as bad as what aaron did though so wed b4 makin a valid point. Now I'm not goin to cus my half sisters mom is bobby...who is Aaron's sister and Nick's sister so I'm gonna stay out of it and avoid an awkward and weird family meeting
"But if you're not an artist, I can understand how you wouldn't see anything wrong with that until the artist politely lets you know." That subtle shade tho.
What makes this whole situation even worse is that like a couple months ago Aaron Carter accused Jeffree Star of stealing his clothing design (a bleach wash hoodie - nothing ground breaking and stuff that has been done for years). Threatened to sue Jeffree Star and flew off the handle like how does he do that and then react like this to Jojo, he should be able to atleast know and understand what it feels like to be an “artist” and someone taking your “work”.
I can say this with 100% certainty. I'll sum up Aaron Carter so this all makes sense: HES A HEROIN ADDICT. Always in bed, short temper, angry, neck and face tattoos. I used to be a fan as a kid, I liked one song that I did a talent show act to, I didnt win, I hated him after that.
@meow rchl ok i get what you mean but i find a little bit rude the prejudice against the tattoos, a lot of musicians and tattoo artists have that kind of tattoos and thei are not junkies...
Kaori Hall as someone with neck and face tattoos and someone who is sober i can tell you this false, there are far more painful places to get tattooed. just because you have a tattoo in a certain place doesnt mean you do heroin or did heroin to get it
@@MyCutiepututie what does the pain have to do with if you do drugs or not, plus like goth gf said, there are more painful places, like the ribs and guess what i have one there and th hardest drug i have taken is weed, so...
As an artist, people trying to normalise art theft really breaks me Also: aaron carter is a reminder that even the celebrities in the mainstream today arent bad
first justin bieber and now aaron carter . . . look at what being desperate does to your skin ANYWAY I do this every day so what are we going to talk about tomorrow?
Can you talk about what happened to lia marie johnson?

Literally every new rapper with a label ready to pump money into them
I think talentless people l like me lolz 😆 don't all think l Iike that artist SHOULD BE APPRECIATED AND CREDITED FOR THEIR TALENT JUST LIKE YOU D'ANGELO 👏 ❤
I've never admitted this publicly until now, but... Aaron Carter was my first concert. I have had to live with the guilt and the shame ever since.
im so proud of you for speaking up bby
I had a major crush on Aaron Carter until I was in 5th grade. I'm 24 now.
How was it?
Same... my cousins had his poster. He was also my last concert because $ doesn't grow on trees...
I'll pray for you
Since I'm an old fart, I remember Lindsay Lohan and Hillary Duff FIGHTING over this guy lmfao, that was the height of his carreer.
he had an onlyfans. I see why they were fighting.
LOL, I also remember this! Sad that the guy peaked at like age 9...
Why are those two beautiful women fighting over that piece of crap?

Oh my god these people.
"The art is public" means that anybody can comment and criticize it, not that it can be used for business/promotion if it isn't yours
Aaron Carter's only relevance in the entertainment industry to date is being a guest star on Lizzie McGuire, singing "I Want Candy", and then kissing Hillary duff at the end
This is literally the only reason I even know his name lol
Poor Hillary Duff.
@@stephanieezeadum3865 same!

As an artist myself, this makes me physically angry. This is INFURIATING and I just want to smack this dude. Art is personal property and CAN BE STOLEN. I'm not about to go and steal someone else stuff. Just disgusting. I'm glad this issue is getting traffic. Love your videos, thank you for making this issue known!
as someone who is also an artist
if that happened to me i'd take that bitch to court with two words on twitter because i just can't be bothered.
i admire that dude that got his work stolen being so passive cause i wouldn't have lol
I am an artist and you are right this is infuriating
I wonder if Aaron Carter would care if someone used his music without permission to cash in on whatever garb they’re peddling. Probably not, he’d demand royalties from I Want Candy dammit-and the fact that he simply remade an already famous song someone else made successful... that’s his best achievement, that’s pretty damn lame
OKAY THIS IS UNRELATED BUT you’re comment currently has 444 likes with 4 reply’s and your name has 4 letters in it and u joined UA-cam 4 years ago..thought that was cool and wanted to share

The real question is....who's out there buying Arron Carter clothing?
Edit: $100 for his sweat shirt!!?? Hell no.
Nobody after this :)
Jessica Davis a sweatshirt that’s been dangerously dunked in a mixture of HOUSE PAINT and BLEACH! He shows the creation on his UA-cam!

@@strongboi3028 "work & personality behind his clothing" it looks like a hoodie that got splashed with bleach, mate. 🤦🏻♀️😂
Not very unique.
Great video
Oof. A restraining order against your own brother? Ooooof. 😂
He also did the theme song to a cartoon about kid journalists following american history that was low-key a bop (he himself is still trash though.)
Wait, why is there a restraining order? smh Aaron is really struggling huh. someone needs to set him straight lmao

“He used me for clout” okay but your brother is the reason why you’re “famous “
20 years ago he was famous. People legitimately liked him for his own music, not for his brother. Scary but true.
aaron didn't choose that, his parents decided he will work in the music industry, also he was super famous back then

NO
His brother is the only reason he's famous but yet the dude has his own fans and he was signed as a kid the backstreet boys manager didn't have to sign him makes no sense
Individually, he was more famous than Nick. BSB was obviously more famous than Aaron but Aaron's name recognition was way higher
"Overreaction"
I-
He literally asked in the nicest way possible--
He should get some help, he had multiple mental break down throughout the years and he should be seek professional help.
I hope he gets proper help for that
He’s got some pretty big mental struggles and him being a young blond boy in Hollywood makes me fear something ..horrible happened to him.
👀
Even in Arron's heyday, he never came close to what Bieber achieved in a few short years. I was there during Aaron's time, I was his target audience lol and he was there for a second and next thing you know he was gone lol There was a weird boy band boom but only two (over in north america anyways) stood the test of time with one of them going on to be the best selling male group in history, being the backstreet boys.
Arron seems to attributes his brothers success with his own, being nick was so famous and successful, that means aaron must be too. Delusional.
Imagine being a person who peaked at 12 😔😔

As an artist who watched this shit go down, I'd like to say that most artists have to be extremely polite when it comes to copyright and reposting. People don't take us seriously, or come after us if we aren't being hella polite. Not to mention, almost every online artist has had their work stolen, so JoJo probably had done this many times before and knew what to say. It's a real shame, how people steal shit. And then turn around and insult the person who made it.

@@1nsgnfgnt ok wtf
@@1nsgnfgnt yay, ignore someone's problems and act like addiction isn't a serious problem good on you!
He apparently threatened brother nick and his family soooo
The title roasted him...and the video cremated him...
I get second hand embarassment each time Aaron Carter pops up in the media. He is literally the most self unaware person.

I just remembered that there was a dark time in history that Aaron Carter played Jojo in Seussical the Musical on Broadway as like a last ditch effort of stunt casting so the show would last longer (it didn’t) - all this talk of JoJoe in the video had me thinking wow what kinda full circle life hits ya fast kinda shit is this
"You know the backstreet boys? Yeah, Um... he wasn't in there :| "
“First of all … do you have ten thousand dollars?” I’M DYING
Did anyone else ask themself "Who's Aaron Carter?" 💀
Starzies I thought it was that tik tok kid that faked a person for people to follow
Lana Elias I believe you’re thinking of Paul Zimmer
Yep 💀
notomatoesonmytaco no idea why I thought they were the same person
Starzies I did 🙋♀️😌
lol so I kind of wish you had included more about who aaron carter has been in the media because I think it offers a lot of insight into this situation. yes, aaron carter is "just nick carter's untalented little brother", but aaron essentially got pushed into the spotlight when he was VERY VERY young (I think 3?
That’s why you bring all this up lol but still he’s an asshole and whatever happened at his young age does suck but it’s irrelevant To him now
More like 7, or 9
I think he’s 30+ time to grow up and stop lying/abusing people!
@@amynguyen4262 Last I checked having trauma is not an excuse for being a shitty person but go off.
"I've never seen someone use a dollar to promote a penny" D'angelo really ended the career aaron carter doesn't have
"I wont acknowledge anyone that has that kind of attitude" what, Aaron literally has THE worst attitude wtf lol this man is delusion
The projection he exhibits is unreal
Yep
“A sad sad man doing sad sad things on the internet” you really have the ability to call out SEVERAL UA-camrs in one sentence
I take pride in knowing that, even waaaaaay back in the day when Aaron Carter was actually relevant, my 10 year old brain thought his music was annoying garbage lol.
“I don’t know where she was going with this...
but she didn’t get there” LMAO
The 1 dislike is from Aaron Carter.
Sooooooo idk what’s going on either, D’Angelo lol 😂
...I spent this whole video thinking "Nick Carter has a brother?"
Honestly 💀
I didn't even know that this boy-band existed
@@grannwey Boy band?? We are talking about Aaron here.
Imagine becoming famous and finding out that your younger sibling is using your fame to be a bad human being
As someone who does art... There was this disgusting feeling in my spine through the whole Video. Art-Stealing happens so much on the Internet and it's actually a crime but there are so many people who just don't care. So freaking mad
“trying to use me for clout”
sorry but no one would even want to “use” your nonexistent popularity 👏
Yeah I love how it's been almost 20 years and he still has not figured out that being famous once upon a time doesn't make somebody permanently famous. Like I think he legitimately doesn't understand that it's been over for him for a looooong time.
Literally I forgot his name 2 years ago 😳
Exactly
when he mentioned jojoesart it made me remember way way back when dangelowallace was an art channel
I swear, I would file a case to whoever steals my art, and whoever defends the stealer... like bruh they arent for free, we spend time making art... people these days, cant appreciate effort.
The title hurt me and I’m not even Aaron Carter.
The people defending him would be so mad if you used their profile picture for advertisement
"But if you're not an artist, I can understand how you wouldn't see anything wrong with that until the artist politely lets you know."
That subtle shade tho.
"iv never seen someone use a dollar bill to promote a penny" - I'm waiting on you to become the next president.
His speeches are already better than any president in my lifetime. That's for sure.
I listened to about 15 seconds of Aaron Carter’s music. I then set fire to my laptop and screamed until I forgot the sound of his voice.
Oh jeez
I can say this with 100% certainty.
I'll sum up Aaron Carter so this all makes sense: HES A HEROIN ADDICT. Always in bed, short temper, angry, neck and face tattoos.
I used to be a fan as a kid, I liked one song that I did a talent show act to, I didnt win, I hated him after that.
Lmaooo
Dude many indeginous people have face and neck tattoos it doesn't mean anything
Aaron carter's fans are most likely in their mid to late 20s so how are they so ignorant about copyright laws?
As an artist, people trying to normalise art theft really breaks me
Also: aaron carter is a reminder that even the celebrities in the mainstream today arent bad
Finally, I can enjoy D'angelo Wallace daily
Theory: D'Angelo is a secret government spy.
thats not a theory thats fax machine sis
he passed away
Last time I was this early, we were still in the proper timeline and not in this mess of a month/upcoming year.
Iws
“Never seen someone use a dollar to promote a penny”
OOMGGGG😂
Planet_Dawsey ikr. I nearly died. 😂
"I don't know where she was trying to go with this, buutt, she didn't get there." This guy cracks me up.
i forgot you were an artist tbh
Right! He's come so far, it's crazy :')
literally what can d'angelo not do he's way too talented
