- This is the ultimate Valentine's Day gift! I took chocolate covered Strawberry a little bit too literal. The giant Chocolate Strawberry is a jar in disguise that holds some strawberry nougat Chocolate covered pearls, and double dipped chocolate covered Strawberry!

Can we just take a moment to appreciate how long it took to make each individual seed in the strawberry?! Amazing.
I want to know how his shirt is still completely shock white at the end of making all the divots for the strawberries. I would be covered in brown smudges.

Most people would have probably just stuck the almonds on there for seeds, but the act that you sculpted each individual seed indention...amazing level of detail and again proves you ARE the chocolate version of Leonardo Da Vinci
Not to mention not using almonds but molding chocolate seeds
Also creating the indents for the chocolate covered part! Amazing artists he is.

I believe this guy was on some reality baking show. I can’t remember the name of the show, but what I remember is how awesome and genuine he was with the contestants. He gave them helpful advice when he could’ve easily pulled a Gordon Ramsey.
