Bags of chips have to have air in them to keep them from breaking in shipment. It keeps them cushioned. If no air then all you would have is broken chips and crumbs.
@@ritarevell7195 Why? Stomach ache? Citric acid is a pretty weak acid. It's not going to cause health issues more than any other corn chip, like Doritos.
We had the same problems with our fruit snacks. AP sells spacers like on the candy shelf but they're full size to shrink the width of whichever item slot you place them in. They will keep it from being pushed to the side
Re: Welches Fruit snacks, pull the bottom right corner of the bag through the spiral like you did with the chips 1:48 also, look in the bottom area behind the coin box, there should be some flat spacers. They work just like the candy spacers 3:55 to narrow the width of that selection! Soda sales in office buildings are increased by adding more diet items and flavored seltzers, juice and Snapples. Have you thought about converting some of those beverages to cans? Longer shelf life, lower cost, usually better in office environments.

I think you should expand the vending machine business. If you think about it after the product cost you made $90 for that And I don’t know how much vending machines go for these days but you can easily make your money back in a couple months and then after that is just profit. The more you buy now, the more you make. I loved the video by the way. 😁😁😁

You should hire people that live near a arcade or vending machine to grab money if you expand world wide. They can also record it and you can have more donations to the viewers. And nice job and keep being a good youtuber
One way of Adding business is..... Attaching a Dollar bill to various food selections. For food..(fold the bill so is unseen by those using the machine) and for the drinks..just rubber band a bill around the drink.... Put a bill roughly 1 out of 20 or 25 items.. Enough so word gets around.. But does not cause you spending lots of money.. Yet..many more start to buy the various food and drinks in your machines
for bags that are smaller American products has a shim that you can install that will keep the fruit snacks vending properly i can show you where you can get them i would love a money counter you are the reason i got into vending
I feel like interesting flavors and products do better in soda machines than the classic Coke, Diet Coke, Mountain Dew, Water combo. At least when I go to buy something, those seem to be sold out faster.

I would find a new (better) location for the soda machine. After two weeks you want that machine mostly empty. Counting the money is a meaningless number without factoring in costs. (customers cut, product cost, machine payments, etc) Also, people might think empty columns are a good thing. Quite the opposite. Empty columns are usually missed sales, especially when it comes to diet soda because customers usually don't buy diet soda because they prefer it. There's usually a reason behind it. (Diet, diabetes, ect) Just my $0.02.

the sticking problem could be solved by putting a piece of plastic in behind the rows you have troubles with to push them out evenly.

Your scale that can count quarters can also count dimes. $1.00 in quarters weighs the exact same as $1.00 in dimes.
Does having the vending machines a good gig?
Sure, get some more but put more than a few bags of chips in each slot. Add more variety in the choices too, like bbq chips or sour cream & onion.
