    Good job adjusting the chain. I use Motul chain cleaner, but I don’t like their lube as it splatter a lot of black stuff everywhere. I use XPS chain lube, which is clear and dries nicely.

    • @RRRRefuelRideRace
      @RRRRefuelRideRace  17 днів тому +1

      I see. I had the same problem. You just have to find the one that works for you. I had other "versions" of their sprays and then I finally got the "Factory Line". I stick with it now. Thanks my friend. Take care. Cheers.

    A torque wrench should NEVER be used to loosen screws. This is usually stated in the instructions that come with the torque wrench.

    • @RRRRefuelRideRace
      @RRRRefuelRideRace  16 днів тому +1

      You are right. Usually I forget to use the normal wrench, but it only happens 2 times a year. :)

  • @steviewylie5267
    @steviewylie5267 16 днів тому +1

    Oh and don't count on the marks on swingarm being very accurate,they can vary but buy a cheap alignment tool like the promotion or similar just over £10 or so,clamp onto chain and the steel rod shows how straight chain is.

  • @notfooled3452
    @notfooled3452 17 днів тому +1

    Nice video but one point my friend. You have maybe now damaged your torque wrench. Torque wrench has only to be used for tightening and not slackening tight nuts.

    • @RRRRefuelRideRace
      @RRRRefuelRideRace  17 днів тому +2

      Thanks for tuning in bro. Good point. There is a switch on it and I switched it off before I did the untightening, but I know what you are mentioning.

  • @steviewylie5267
    @steviewylie5267 16 днів тому +1

    Whatever you do don't follow the yamaha handbook for tension,it states 5mm to 15mm that is far too tight.

  • @pouljohansen8155
    @pouljohansen8155 17 днів тому +1

    It is to tight try sit on the bike and then see how much more tight it is
