she totally treated the whole case like it was an audition for a movie or show. the fake nonexistent tears, the constant looking at the jury, the weird ranting about totally irrelevant side points. and she probably wouldn’t be chosen to play the role, it would’ve been a very sucky audition.

There are thousands of women like her getting away with these bs only because they practice their argument and debate via social media. They speak their opinion mostly illogical, and run away when people throw logic at them, they forgot how tough and realistic the real worlds law is. Well. I watched part of the case.
My grandma was supporting amber JUST because: 1. Amber is a woman.
      2. My grandma was a victim of domestic violence.
So she just ignored everything else.
I guess people just get offended and decide they will support something and stick to it.

Same. It still to this day boggles my mind why Amber ever thought the approach she took was going to work. She knew she was lying and had repeatedly lied way before this trial ever commenced. I know everyone is different but people who have been abused do not do what she did before, during and after this trial. It still makes me sick to my stomach that she so gallantly says she is a voice for the victims and survivors of domestic abuse. Amber, you have never and will never speak for the likes of people like me and I hope when she gets her just desserts on her judgement day that she finallllllly realises what a huge piece of lying crap she truly is. Sorry rant over.

i am also a victim of domestic violence and because of that i understand there are no “perfect” victims. it’s truly disgusting how y’all discredit, degrade and insult her every move because she doesn’t speak or act the way you think a victim should. because he’s calm, laughing, joking around, and so she’s made to seem like his crazy, psycho ex. it’s CLASSIC abuser tactics and its insane to me how everyone fell for it, especially victims of dv. and also as a dv victim, i see myself so much in her and so much of my abuser in johnny. it’s heartbreaking to watch

Also, this whole trial hit home because I was a victim of narcissistic abuse from my mother as a kid. Looking at how Amber Turd conducted herself throughout the trial reminded me of how my mother would act when confronted with the truth. It was a performance put on to garner favor from her peers, shifting blame onto other people - and what’s sad was that many of them believed her lies.
Narcissists are good at ruining your life, but even better at sabotaging their own lives and reputations when confronted by the truth.

    • @Lockn3s5
      @Lockn3s5 Рік тому +8

That's because you're intuitively picking up on her bullshit. It's like really bad acting. She should have better prepared for this.
I once agreed to testify as a witness for my brother for an assault that happened to him at a party I wasn't actually at. To prepare for this I asked a LOT of questions. I asked for a timeline of events. Where everyone was. I needed to put together a visual of the location so I can place myself within it. My personality is pretty subdued. I'm kind of like a background character so people weren't confident if I was there or not. By the time I was done questioning I had every detail of the night I needed.
By the end case the judgement was that out of all the witness testimonies heard, mine was the most convincing. Lol. Also it's not like I lied about anything that happened. I saw my brother that night when he came home with blood all over him. I only lied about being there.
Amber didn't even do her due diligence for this massive lie. This is why she's such a bad actress.

Which explains why AH got so mad when Camille called her a “heroic victim” Her eyes nearly popped out of her head she was so angry! Yes she wants the sympathy, the attention, the admiration but she refuses to be called a victim bc she refuses to be viewed as weak or vulnerable. And also bc she clearly never was the victim in her & Depp’s relationship. It’s pretty obvious AH would never allow herself to be a victim bc in every situation & every relationship she makes sure to dominate, belittle, break down & control the other person. Same way she treats her sister & even her parents. I think the description Kate James gave of Whitney as being “the dog that gets kicked” was dead on & that’s how AH treats everyone in her life.

Confessing your crime might alleviate the penalty, but lying about the facts is not a crime itself if you´re being prosecuted, if you're caught lying you're going to be found guilty, as it was the case with Heard

I'm so glad 99 percent of us saw her as she is. She doesn't care about abused women... she put her own financial interest ahead of the millions of legit women who were actually assaulted or harassed. She is a misogynist, for her own benefit. I will never forget the look on her face when she feigned anxiety and stress for the jury. It was so bad. So so bad. Like she never acted a day in her life... Did she ever show any actual acting skill? The shots I saw from her films were very bad.

Ability to repeatedly expose her lies and the jury quickly caught on.

I saw a video by the Behavioural Arts, with a guest Law and Lumber - L&L is a lawyer who practices in that court and was there on a few days of the trial, and I think it will please you to know that most of the jurors weren't buying it from the get-go. Many of them refused eye contact with her, most were stony-faced, the one closest to her was facing fully towards the lawyer's podium, literally only looking at Amber with his eyes when she answered.
It seems like we were all worried, but the jurors were smarter than we all realised.

It still astonishes me how bad of an actress she is. I'm easily brought to tears by fictional characters so much as experiencing something emotional, like let me watch the beginning of Up and I'll be a mess for an hour straight...hell, I even shed a tear for Thanos. God damn half-CGI, lunatic of a villain, grape-ass THANOS. I felt bad for that asshole for at least one moment there.
But AH and her wannabe emotional performance throughout this trial left me devoid of feeling anything other than confusion, second-hand embarassement and discomfort. She put up an act so bad and shallow that it's a mystery to me how she ever got cast into anything. The cast of Sharknado could have delivered a better performance on that stand, and that's INCLUDING the CGI sharks.

She described one of the 3 most horrible episodes of violence and she said she had black eyes and scars on body and strangled etc. Then went onto say!!!
“An injury like this is not as bad as one might imagine, and for me… (smug face) it’s wasn’t that bad” … *really amber?* you just revealed you clearly don’t understand what it’s like to be punched and you think makeup and ice can cover it up in ONE day to the point where on tv you look so absolutely flawless and gorgeous and no swelling. It’s not possible. It’s laughable. But her saying a beating like that isn’t as bad as one might imagine… horrible horrible woman. She wanted to make herself a victim BUT holding herself higher than other victims.

EXACTLY!! I've seen my stepmom and my biological mother beaten around the face, by two different POSs, and the swelling that would stay for 3-4 days and the bruising that would stay for a week or two was horrific to see.
The bruising that I even endured, by an ex, lasted weeks bc I would be abused even more when I tried to cover it up.
Amber makes me sick. Sadly I believed her at first. But the moment this case happened and the first time she did her testimony, I saw those three pos sitting on the stand trying their/her best to fabricate lies.
