The beach of Praia do Rio da Prata is one of Portugal's many naturist beaches. I'll take you there, but we'll start our walk way up in the pine forest, close to the village of Aldeia do Meco. You'll enjoy beautiful sounds of chirping crickets, birds, footsteps on sand, and a luxurious bush vegetation all around. It'll be you and raw nature in a stunning umbrella pine forest landscape.
After going down the cliff, you'll find a completely deserted beach of Praia do Rio da Prata. We'll take a short walk along the beach, enjoying the beautifully coloured waves, splashing on the sandy shore.
This Zen Walk is one of a kind.

I saw all the winding dirt and sand pathways lined with trees. When you finally arrived at the beach it was very satisfying. This is a true treasure to have a beach like this all to yourself. This is not possible around the areas where I live.

Now it may be much more crowded, especially because the warm weather has arrived. So, it was a perfect moment to go there. I even had a swim after recording ah ah :) But yes, you can find it deserted here in winter time. It's ver nice... Hope you're well, my friend!!

The sky, the 3D sounds the beautiful trails, vegetation, flowers and forest up on the sand dunes, with the views out over the Atlantic 😎. It was deserted back then... so so special. I even had a dip in the ocean after recording! I remember taking all clothes off (it is a naturist beach after all ah ah), and just went for it. There was no one around. Very special. I suppose it's now packed as I write... :) Anyway, thanks so so much for commenting. Ah, and there will be a full walk on this beach coming soon. This walk is a peaceful nature journey with a lot of variety :) I love all the tall unique looking trees. The vegetation once we hit the sand was sweet too. The bird songs soothed my soul. The views at the beach were amazing. I can’t believe you live near so much beauty! I feel fortunate to have been shown this experience. The water was so blue! The waves breaking gently was extremely calming. This definitely is a one of a kind Zen Walk 🐌 Wonderful work my friend!
