Yip love the lighting in this too to make the obvious match , wow Andrea somehow mesmerizes me like when I first heard her on the radio in 1996 without even seeing her I thought this band is gonna be huge
@@stevros48 I am a fan of vocalists. Female singers are especially interesting. Andrea is something of an oddity or outlier. I can listen to her endlessly because she is IMOP very subtle and never resorts to any vocal gymnastics. She always seems to be delivering the song and the lyrics and melody and not a “performance.” She is not gifted with great power or range (no Aretha Franklin lol) but instead sings interpretively, breaking words in seemingly odd places or pronouncing them like “closer” or “aching” when she does reach for a higher octave or apply some power/volume it has maximum effect. I think her abilities as an actress and singer cross over. Her version of Lou Reed’s “Pale Blue Eyes” is magical…she conveys the emotion and meaning like no one else. She is a very special artist.
Agree that's what I love about them..when it comes to originality...these is originality they can vary their songs everytime they like to surprise their audiences...very talented siblings rare nowadays
Seemed a bit clumsier with it than her siblings. Jim's guitar sounded really good but on the other hand what little could be heard from Caroline's "litter bin" sounded very thin indeed! :/
They all composed their songs thru piano first...just like Caroline said in a documentary ..they sometimes start with only random 3 chords and Andrea or somebody else hear it then come up with the lyrics then to chorus and Jim wld come up with a backtrack and bridge link
They are capable of surprising offering so many arrangements and change ups musically. Just a dazzling amount of talent.

@@stevros48 I first heard it on the radio in 2011. And even before I saw her, I was impressed. They were singing summer wine with Bono.

Absolutely love this band. This family. Thank you for sharing the video!
Wonderful song!! ❤️
I've seen Jim, Caroline and Sharon play the piano but I didn't know Andrea plays it, too. These siblings are all so talented.

what does she say at the end?
She made a little joke...."Nobody needs to know...just me and the Albert Hall". So cute 😁
And that silly grin after she does it...…..
Just me and the Albert Hall
