This outfit pops but I’ll just wait for the movie figure I want more as well as new Brown Suit. Dumbbell neck needs two point of articulations base and top of neck to allow for more range of motion. Alt hands are cool.

Marvel legends hit so much more when they are specially sculpted molds for the character. Like how mcfarlane does their figures.(yes they do a lot of repaints and reuse parts too) but compared to legends theres a lot more unique sculpts.
Mcfarlanes figures all suck tho, and they're incapable of not making a thousand batmans

This has pretty quickly become one of my favorite Wolverine figs of all time. Any problem I have is fixed on the 97 version so it’s disappointing those things didn’t make it to this near perfect fig. The boot swivel and the disc hinge neck would have really put this figure over the top. A folded back cowl like the 97 version would have been nice too but at that point I’m just whining. $25 got me a pinless Wolverine with new sculpt, updated torso articulation with butterfly joints, painted arm hair, 2 heads and 6 hands. Asking for anything more than that seems like overkill in todays market😹
They can put whatever they want in the package if they want to. The things I wanted wouldn't have cost extra money.
@@TMan978 Exactly. The disc hinge and boot swivel were on the 97 version and that’s been sitting on my shelf for months now. They had the technology😹

Would have preferred more muted colors, like the comic art and old Toybiz version, but it's a decent fig overall.
It's been a long time so I can't remember the lighting they used in the comics but he is definitely bright yellow even without my review lights.
@TMan978 I have both, and the shades of yellow and blue are significantly different. Also looked at comic panels. I like the original colors they seemed to use for this particular costume design. Less bright. More "rich".

dumbbells are the way to go
Only if they have a ball at the base of the neck. My favorite articulation that they discontinued for some stupid reason was GI Joe classified series first few waves where they had a ball at the base and a ball hinge in the top of the neck so that way the head could rock side to side and they can look all the way up. Anyone who argues against that doesn't like to articulate figures which defeats the purpose of "action figure"
The best wolverine to me I hope they continue to use this body mode going forward with wolverine and not that outdated one like on x men 97
They can’t this outfit had grooves on it you can’t reuse on other outfits. He does have a V2 of this outfit with no shoulder pads though they can use this exact mold for

@@khamla616 what do you mean ? They can make this the standard body mode for wolverine going forward same way they use it for Spider-Man weather it’s the first appearance or the bigger version

What are you saying is it has sculpted and details which the Spider-Man body doesn't. They could retool it but would they put the effort in?

The older Wolverine bucks look better to me(Love Triangle/Bonebreaker/Apoc Wave)(aside from waist swivel). They have way more musculature detail in the arms and legs. Better separation between bicep tricep and legs muscles by far
