@@DaG.O.A.T. he charges as much as he wants. It is not mandatory for anyone to visit him. I do not know his stuff but he may be charging not for a visit but for his ability to see issues in human body thay nobody else can see and solve them, thus saving you from 20k$ surgery and moths of recovery.
