You really think they are going to a crowded event on the 4th knowing they have ptsd? Most definitely not. Ptsd combat vets can’t even stay home because of neighbors shooting off mortars. No enforcement of laws in Idaho. What about the teen shot in the face by a neighbors illegal aerial firework last night? Hope the teen is ok.
