@@Poorly_Cropped_Out_Cthun it is some form of twisted torture to listen to him hum the same 3-note tune 80 times a video, say the same substance-less catch-phrases, and laugh until he coughs up a lung at 'one of the turns of all time' when something 'funnie' happens. If there weren't so little watchable HS content, I'd have long black-listed his videos from my feed, but sometimes there's interesting things happening.
Thankfully Chump is still around, Savjz uploads bangers once in a while, HamsterHearthstone is a long-time consistent uploader and very chill. CANSEN is skilled and plays cool lists (does not upload much though).

@aolam-ol8lh wow the deck with limited card draw and is inconsistent didn't have brann on curve. He already hit Odin on curve so he can't have everything.....

I think Chump's motivation is always just to find a deck for every card in the game - as long as new content keeps coming out, he'll always have something to work towards.
It doesn't hurt that he's a really good pilot, and can play some janky shit to positive WR
i ran into a version of this deck with masked reveler and ra-den where each card summoned copies of each other. might be fun to try

I was trying to make a deck with Storm Giant recently too, didn't do so hot but this list definitely looks better than my cobbled together mess.
Unfortunately the druid cards just got nerfed, but I was using them with creation protocol powerchord synchronize and ra den but with catrina muerte shaterskin gargoyle rotten applebaum and high cultist basaleph plus undying allies and bonecaller to make stupid quantities of undead taunts. With ignis and armunthul for other fun things to copy.

To be fair, the fact that he managed to get that particular sequence of events was fairly low, and he would have risked having a dead card in hand up until he drew the next pendant. Hilarious, yes, but still the correct move.
@@vonBelfry ? That card is almost always gaining at least 6 armor in this deck and is likely to gain more.
Patch just nerfed Shattered Reflections which kills off a lot of the value in this deck.
'Pendant of Earth' card gives armor here ? But i just saw in the game that it gives health equal to the cost of a minion!!!!

Tried this deck instantly when this video came out and had a blast. Shame they nerfed the pendant and reflections almost immediately after :_D
I'm hoping we can get someone with common sense at Blizzard to nerf how over the top pretty much every highlander card is next.

See, this is what I was INITIALLY worried about with this card. Priest abusing the ability to gain 20 armor, something that really isn't all that challenging for a Druid but is not easy for a Priest outside of Deathrattle Priest. I'm really glad they nerfed it before some hyper refined version of this deck went to the moon.
Impressive that chumps influence was so high they had to nerf this deck before it got too much traction

The warrior game just showed us how OP bran warrior is. Chump was lucky enough to drop 4-5 Ra-Dens on the board and still the Warrior almost beat him.

aaaaand today's balance changes destroy this deck hours after the video is posted.
3:42 - the rogue players these days... scare to trade 8 hp under 5 armor to keep both 3/2 on the table after trades... this is actually the moment where he could stay alive, because there would be total 9 hp on the board instead of 8 (out of the range of Whispers of the Deep) and with high change of 6/1 survived (because of 5 hp initially, not 2)
moral - use your face to trade as a rogue, folks :)

@@ommo289there wasn't any point of trading with face, opponent is a priest, minions would be dead with 200% chances, there is no way priest wouldn't kill them for like 1-2 mana with spells.
@@impkiller5932sry bro, you don't fully understand how the game works. It's not a priest killing your minions, it's you who forces him to spend mana on clearing and not doing forge stuff which automatically changes all your and your opponent's next turns. One of the most important things in HS is controlling the game and having initiative no matter what

Can agree that it'd be worth seeing interesting losses as a one or two of in vids to also provide the suspence of "is this his one loss? can he actually win this?" while watching.
Tho in general it wouldn't be that fun to see "oh he lost to the God hand aggro deck again" or to "[insert meta deck] that he's shown losing to in past vids & that viewers may also be losing to for the 100th time while climbing".

Does Chump still not know he can keep forging a 0 mana Storm Giant? He doesn't need to leave it at 2 to get value from melted maker. That combo works endlessly as long as you have mana to forge.
