Is there a pedal/comination of pedals that replicate the multivoicer, like a vocoder + multi octave pedal?
Also, is it just me, or do lead tones with this plugin sound very Rick Graham tone-wise?

I can't really say it's giving me a bad time even when recording 4 tracks at once or using the plugin on tons of stem tracks. Maybe it's the macos compability or even the m1 chip... I'm confused. (windoes 10, amd 5600x, 16gb ddr4 3200mhz, audient id14mk2)

I'm thinking about buying it for my home setup for bass practice, but I'm also thinking about two other options. buying a darkglass pedal or buying a multieffect to replace my behringer u-phoria um2. do you have any suggestions?
No, but I own the Neural DSP Darkglass Ultra and a physical Darkglass Alpha•Omega! I'm happy with both, but happier with the actual pedal because it's very satisfying to twist real knobs. And you can use it for rehearsals and for live, which is what I needed as a bassist for a band. Ask yourself what you need!

How do you get around the lag from using the 2i2 2nd gen? I've tried recording but can't shake the 7ms or so sound lag from going 'di' into the 2i2, obviously when I use direct monitoring it's just the clean guitar signal input so I can't get the nice plugin sounds with the no lag direct monitoring gives me.
I'm still trying to figure out what to do, I have the interface plugged into a USB hub and I can't get the latency under 7ms as well. I think the only solution is a new interface that connects from USB-C to USB-C straight into the Mac.
One question. What watch are you wearin?

I had some audio cracks on my iMac while recording the plugin into a bus track + screen recording. In a normal work situation it handles it just fine!
It's really a shame to hear that your new Mac is not being able to handle screen recording and Logic at the same time. I guess I'll hold to upgrade my MacbookPro. Apart from that, nice video :)
Without discrediting the plugin, it might be the Archetype that's extremely CPU heavy when changing parameters live.

Also I think Neural's stuff are just cpu hogs. I have an iMac Pro and with GGD running and two instances of Archetype Plini I start getting pops and clicks. Especially if any kind of reverb or delay is running.
That's what I thought too, I think some of their plugins are extremely CPU hungry and as beautiful as the UI is, it's something that needs to load if you change the amp etc. This is version 1.0.0, they might fix this!

Sorry to hear about your mac, you may want to check your screen cap settings. Sadly I believe NVENC only works on NVIDIA GPUS, also the software you may be using might not be optimized for CPU usage. The one downside of going apple is you don't get to have the nice GPU's to split processing up
If it persists might want to look at a dedicated capture card like an el gato or something! Cheers

Its allright, but the gojira is far superior, You have to be a maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaadddddddddddddddddd polyphia fan to buy this
Buying it the second I get home but not just because I'm a fan. Each one of their plugins has its own thing goin for it. The multi head/cab versions like the Abasi, Plini, Nolly, Gojira seem to excell in different arenas. But you're right, so far the gojira is the best in the bunch.
Gojira is probably the best rounded Archetype. This still sounds excellent though
