In simple words that when khilfat movement was on its peak , Gandhi supported the movement by saying their hindus that it would be leading to swaraj ( self rule) and stated non cooperation movement but one 1 rule no voilence but unfortunately in February 1922 an angry mob took control of a police station in the UP town of churi chaura and burned 22 police mens alive , gadhi got upset and with draw the non cooperation movement . 1922 is right
Becoz mustafa kamal pasha took charge of govt on 3rd March 1924 and gave an end to khilafat movement and ottoman empire.
