Alfred sure was nervous when he had to speak to both the caped crusaders & Barbara Gordon on 2 telephones at once and make sure he doesn‘t give away their secrets to each other or he would‘ve been in big trouble.
So could this be the same Alfred that was the footman on Downton Abbey? They're both very tall, the time line of 4 and a half decades makes plenty of sense. Perhaps he gave up his career as a chef , learned proper British diction from Carson , moved to the states and was hired by Bruce Wayne
No "poor Alfred" from me. He betrays his relationship with Bruce/Batman and Dick/Robin whenever he helps Barbara Gordon/Batgirl and by not disclosing her identity to them. It doesn't bother me if he has to sweat a little for it. As for Egghead's plan, it sounds as if it anticipates "Jurassic Park".

Definitely, my favorite: 'Alfred!' He's saved: 'Batman's,' life many times, and is always ready to help his friends, in anyway! :)
This reminded me of the time Bruce Wayne faked a conversation with Batman while fooling commishioner Gordon.
Always wondered what would have happened if Batgirl's secret came out to the Caped Crusaders and that Alfred knew the whole time.
Batman was always cool with secret identities, but it was worrying Robin big time! (Can’t say I blame him)
Alfred was always clutch!!!
Alfred, Juggler of Phone Calls.
Alan Napier portrayed the best Alfred of all time!
Definitely!!
“It’s not a mere matter of muscle son! Jousting is a fine skill it’s a highly developed science!” Sir Pellinore (Sword in the Stone)
Holy British butler Batman!!
Alfred was so cool!!!!
Good scene. Alfred comes through again.
Alfred the best.
You could never have said that Alfred had dementia
Good show Alan Napier(Alfred), this scene is definitely one of my favorites
Communication was better when we used dial phones and had only 3 perhaps 4 📺 channels. Great era of TV
true
Holy Jurassic Park!
Holy Jurassic park!
Wasn’t this the plot of Jurassic Park?
That Alfred is bad to the bone.
One of the best scenes in the entire series.

I also subscribe the southeastern regional journal of applied radiology.
Alas I subscribe to the northwestern regional journal pf applied radiology. I begin to suspect is an inferior publication.

Does Alfred have one massive hand and one comparatively smaller, or is it because it was filmed from a screen at an angle.
Must be your own distorted eyes
