Thank u Kip for u info ,I wanna know how many bags of maize can harvest around mai-mahiu area n wheat if you have that info ,from one Acre of land well prepared.
Im still compiling data from those areas. But what i know is farming maize in high altitude areas, optimally 40bags for 1 acre maize and wheat 20-30{90kgs}bags optimally 1acre.
It depends.. Regenerating soil can be done in many ways the common one is minimum tillage where a heavy harrow is used to mix organic matter with soil for it to rot while preparing land for maize instead of ploughing heavily to bring down fertile top soil
@@h_kipp Thank for the vital information,i really appreciate.Plz,if i may ask, after mixing the organic matter with the soil, how long will it take befor planting on the mix soil.
Hi governor works. Personally i use lumax immediately after the crops have emerged from the soil up to 2-3 leaf stage, when weeds are actively growing.
Hi, I feel bad interrupting, but I could use your assistance. I keep USDT TRX20 in my OKX wallet with the phrase (clean party soccer advance audit clean evil finish tonight involve whip action). Can you explain how to send it to Poloniex?
Immediately you spot pests. fall army worms can significantly reduce yields and make the maize rot. finding the best recommendation for pesticide to use from your local agrochemical supplier will do
@@OmarAbdulAzeez4714 when the maize are at that level i redo spraying pesticides especilaly army worms which they like attacking tje maize at that stage
WEEDS: What you should know ● Weeds are mainly of three types, broadleaves, sedges and grasses. ● Weeds compete with crops for nutrients, water, and light. ●Weeds can be controlled manually (hand weeding), mechanically (using weeders or other implements when crops are line sown), through cultural practices (use of weed competitive crop cultivars, stale seed-beds, mulching, crop rotation) and /or chemically (using herbicides). ● Chemical management of weeds can be done at three stages: Pre-plant (burn-down), pre-emergence and post-emergence. ● Pre-plant burn-down herbicides are non-selective and are applied before you sow the crop to kill the existing weeds. These herbicides are especially important under zerotill/conservation agriculture based systems. ● Pre-emergence herbicides are applied after crop seeding but prior to emergence of weeds, 1-3 days after seeding or transplanting, by ensuring adequate moisture at the time of spray. ● Post-emergent herbicides are applied after the crop and weeds are emerged, generally at 3-4 leaf stage. ● Select the appropriate herbicides for specific crop considering type of weed that is a problem in the field (broadleaf, sedge or grass) and stage of weed control (i.e. pre-plant, pre-emergence or post-emergence).

Do you feed the soil for long term soil building and regeneration?

Do use bags per acre in narrative. Use kilos per acre. Every country and what weight they use per bag

I prefer spraying pesticide routinely after 2 weeks of germination even if there arent any pests. Then a follow up when the maize is at knee size
