Again for a newbie like me, such videos are extremelyyy helpful, I am an intern in a startup and this is something urgent I have to do. I am just starting on magento frontend. I have done good job in upgrading, stores, fixing errors and doing management. I am less confident in frontend, i do know less, js/jquery though. You're doing fabulous job :)
