thanks this fixed my issue one of my ram failed I had to changed it more than 3 times to figure out which one and I tried replacing the CMOS battery but there was no change
So, all you essentially did was re-seat the memory a few times? Because you didn't actually change the memory right, and the slight color difference between them tells me they ended up in the same slots in the end that they started in as well.
I have this dell optilex 7010 same issue orange blinking,i did reset cmos change ram,still not powering up,possibke cause also vram?any mote odea how to fix this issue..Thank you

orange light can be common issues as well as power related issues
