To me, Alchemy Stars needs some type of promotion/ad revival. Back in launch, we would see a shit ton of youtubers playing and enjoying it, and there was also that huge Pixiv collab with fanarts and such. Nowadays? At least in global, i never see it agaib. There are a few banners on Pixiv (though you cant consider it to be global), and some dedicated fandom on twitter, but other than that, it’s dead silent. I love this game and characters design, but the lack of any type of promo worries me. And i completely agree woth the last point. I had my fair share of fun in cloud gardens at first, building, seeing my favs, doing some cute events. But once you reach the intended level, there is… nothing else really. I love seeing my units and putting them on those building, but the whole system needs an overhaul.
I so agree with repurposing Cloud Garden for Colossus, that would be much better 😭 make the Colossus fully explorable like Cloud Garden!! Also the way you said it was so funny lmao I can feel your anger 🤣
I think cloud gardens is relatively fine but i absolutely agree that repurposing its content to overhaul the colossus would be absolutely fire, especially considering colossus is getting more content in the form of furniture anyways
Yeah, I absolutely agree with the second one cause I sometimes get very busy and won't be able to read the story for multiple months. Cloud gardens, well you said it for me, but the free affinity is still nice
For those saying it’s a misconception that cloud gardens ain’t consuming that much space coz even now the game bulked up without any updates on it; read this. Every time they release an aurorian/character, they have to import chibi sprites with THEIR OWN DIALOGUES AND MINI EVENTS IN CLOUD GARDENS. At this point, it’s just wasted space. Tourdog knew about it. He left to make/develop another game entirely about cloud gardens. This tumor (cloud gardens) has grown too big and we need to get rid of it.
I agree but I also think its too late perhaps. How do you compensate people who actually play cloud gardens? Won’t be surprised if there are people who put in the effort to play cloud gardens.
Just tell them sorry, it had good intentions but didn't play out as expected, integrate most of it into the colossus, and give some apology compensation.
@@Z.zatchul yea but also, the reason why cloud garden is dumb is also because it has like no impact on the main game at all. like if it was more relevant, people won't complain about it too much. and also, if cloud garden was actually fun. they definitely made it with good intentions then now the whole thing is just left to rot there. I would love for there to be a open world exploration type gameplay in AS but it actually help upgrade your characters and have some relevance to the main game. Not some tree planting and furniture placing simulator that ultimately does nothing for the main game.

Yea, for the cloud garden, they shud just upgrade the colossus, and put couple of empty room for us to decorate using the items from the colossus and thats it (like arknights), then remove the cloud garden for good ^_^
Yeah I really wanted a PC version so bad. The games work on my phone but I get annoyed when the game plays at a low frame rate, the gameplay is too slow, I can't enjoy the animations and even the story in the events . Having a PC version would really make the game play faster and enjoyable for players.
Hopefullly they pull it back the event story in the travel memories once the chinese players catch up with all the events and more extra chapter because it hasnt add anything new since launch, i know this like short version of dream but still i wanna learn more about their past without the Navigator going in their dreams.

cloud gardens need to be made like optional or something because god it, alone, makes this game so ridiculously massive in storage.
