Hi, For the bus provisional license, need to send DVLA form , medical form and what else?
What about Original car license and Fee?

Hi,
You need to send the D2(application form), the D4(medical) and your current driving licence. It is free, you only pay for the postage.

@@Trystalify quick question, i return will i get my full car driving license and a provisional lorry license or just one provisional license and i lose my full license?
