Now I have bands like Royal Blood, Fontaines DC, Idles, Foo Fighters & Muse as favorites, but I've probably still got more 60s & 70s music than modern music in my playlist tbh. It's just way more timeless and interesing imo

Björk was huge in the 90s but in Iceland she has sadly become somewhat of a high brow snooty act that parents and serious music enthusiast only listen to in the 21st century. Her songs don't get played much on radio and those songs that do aren't her best but then again Icelandic radio has become so bad in recent years.
You really get around. I wonder if you might try going to a somewhat more rural area to get some responses? I suppose you'd have to search more for people who would want to be interviewed.
