    Banana Bread Ingredients:
    - 3 ripe bananas
    - 1/4 cup almond or coconut milk
    - 1/4 cup oil (veggie or olive or coconut)
    - 1/2 cup cane sugar
    - 2 cups all purpose flour
    - 1 tbsp cinnamon
    - 1 tsp baking soda
    - 1 tsp salt
    Chai Latte Ingredients:
    - 2 tbsp Chai Tea Blend (cinnamon, cardamon pods, star anise, coriander, cloves, and black pepper)
    - 1 tbsp cane sugar
    - 2 cups water
    - 1 cup almond or coconut milk
    - ice cubes
    Easy Banana Bread Directions:
    1. Pre heat your oven to 350F
    2. Peel your bananas, save and slice half a banana
    3. Place in a large mixing bowl and mush (keeping some chunks)
    4. Add your cane sugar, oil, and mylk and whisk
    5. In a separate bowl sift your flour and add cinnamon, baking soda, and salt
    6. Pour the flour into the wet mix and combine with a spoon/spatula
    7. Grease your baking pan and lightly flour
    8. Pour in your batter and line up your sliced bananas
    9. Into the oven for 45min and cover and bake for another 10min
    Easy Chai Tea Directions:
    1. In a hot pan, toast your chai tea blend
    2. Add the cane sugar followed by the water
    3. Cover and bring to a boil
    4. Turn off the heat and let steep (the longer you steep the stronger the flavour)
    5. Pour the tea through a sieve and into a bowl
    6. Place the ice cubes in a glass and pour in your tea and milk.

actually since i was born and bought up in India, i am familiar with the Chai teas and to be honest, we Indian normally prefer the Tea liquid a deep dark color and the spices are somewhat the same as you said Wil Yeung sir...but in my case my mum gets the brand called "RED LABLE" and you get many verities where you may live, but there is one which my parents always get and trust me, NEVER TRY THAT ON EMPTY STOMACH, IN BLACK FORM OR WITHOUT SUGAR OR SOME KIND OF SWEETENER OR MILK (any kind of milk)....because it is that what we normally use in my country....... and i do drink my tea sometimes on empty stomach and i start feeling like puking, so eat before having that as a black tea ......i have had it as a plain Black tea when my dad forgets to boil milk for me when we have run out of milk......and i can tell you this THAT TEA LIQUID IS ACTUAL "BLACK" TO EVEN LOOK AT AND it really is too bitter for any sane person's head..... (atleast that's what my parents think) though i and my aunt are used to it, i drink slowly so it will taste a bit bitter when you have the next sip......but my aunt just drinks it fast and i tried the way my aunt drinks Chai without milk and sugar and i actually almost gagged.....and i have been crazy enough to have that tea without sugar or milk and with sugar and no milk....and i have also had it with milk and no sugar (that is actually how my parents have their Chai tea, i.e: with the liquid and milk and no sugar or sweetener, well that's because they are diabetic) so it tastes milder so, if you do visit India, try the Chai and also you will see that even the people making tea (or as we Indians call it just "Chai" because in Hindi Chai actually means "Tea") and also the people in India always add milk to the water used to warm up the tea leaves and also a warning before hand, the Chai can be a bit too sweet for some even me (well i don't like too many Indian sweets because i always found them a bit too sweet personally in my case since childhood) so if you don't want your tea to be sweet, you will say "1 Tea without Sugar" and you will get Chai without sugar but with milk because that's how we Indians like to have tea in my country ......... so i think you do need to try and have the actual Chai as the Chai tea venders make someday, if you plan to visit India ......... and also the videos you have made on Vegan food sir, has really impressed me, especially with your signature Vegan Ramen Egg, that really looked realistic to be honest......and may be one day i'll try doing some of the recipe once i heal since i fractured and dislocated my right hand......but well, the typical Chai is really too strong to drink black.........but i think that you would have to taste it for yourselves to get an understanding of the liquid without milk or sugar......so if you say "1 cup Tea" and expect to get a cup of Black tea, well then, you will be disappointed because for us Indians, "Chai" is actually tea with spices and not many Indians have tried to have tea without milk except as Iced tea and not many people in India like having even their Coffee without milk.......but that's because most of us have never had a sever case of lactose intolerance, though i had when i was small, but my sister-in-law still suffers from lactose intolerance which is why when she came to visit us, she got Coconut Coffee.....which i liked, and when i asked my mum, my mum told me this which is how i can understand why some people can't have any milk with Lactose in it.....but i worry about people who suffer from nut and lactose intolerance ..........but well, my little niece and my elder brother are tolerant to lactose so they sometimes have Chai, and my niece always wakes my brother up by crying "Chaiiiiiiiii! Chaiiiiiiiiiiii!" until my brother wakes up and says "okay, i know you want me to get up" ...... lol..........
Well, i hope that you all have an amazing day today and everyday.........and sorry for such a long message
Edit: i just remembered something......i actually came up with a similar tasting Coconut Coffee that i remember my sister-in-law getting to our home in India..........i used Espresso (or any type of powdered coffee beans will do) and used some Coconut Milk Powder, powdered sugar and then a bit of milk (Sugar and Milk are optional if any one is vegan and also if you get your Coconut Milk in liquid form then no need to add any other liquid) so you can actually get your own signature coffee by just adding your choice of milk....so by adding Almond milk, you get Almond Coffee, if adding Coconut milk, you get Coconut Coffee........but yes, my mum was very angry when she found out that i was using her Coconut Milk Powder for my take on my sister-in-law's Coconut Coffee.....so i just stopped making it...........
