    Lovely. Inspired me to braid over my micro locs. I’ve had them for a year now and I want to switch it up for a moment.

    You did a wonderful job 👏🏾 I laughed when you bought out the kettle🤣😁You said that you weren't too sure what it was...I'm English and the majority of house's in England have a kettle or something that can heat up water, to make a cup of rosy Lee...Tea❤❤👋🏾🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿xx

    We have the same amount of Locs…if you decide to do this again would you do two Locs per braid or still the same way you did it? I like the two strand twist method idea to do all over then braid them…that way you take care of the retwist and they won’t marry ( I only keep styles in for 2-3 weeks)

    Will this work on starter locs? I started my journey just over 1 month ago.

      I just recently watched a UA-cam video about this and the lady talking was a loc expert and she was saying that it’s best to wait for your locs to mature a little bit before trying styles like these. I’m guessing part of it is because the product buildup can get stuck in your hair. I however did mine pretty early on and it was easy for me to wash the products out. So I don’t want to tell you that you should or shouldn’t lol.

    Beautiful, but there is no way I can do it myself. I hoping the braid shop can do it

    Do you use jam on your locs when braiding thats my only issue with getting box braids.

    • @serenityfashion3334
      @serenityfashion3334  2 роки тому

      I only use the jam on my roots when I’m retwisting them a little bit more before braiding

    how did you prevent build up balls

    • @serenityfashion3334
      @serenityfashion3334  Рік тому +2

      I just tried to not add too much product and only apply oil to my scalp. I did still get some buildup though, so when I took out my hair to wash it I just really focused on scrubbing my roots and scalp, and washed it 3 times.

      Hey I’m not quite sure but I think you’re asking if my locs merged together lol. If so then no, none of my locs merged
