This is why many souls will be going to Hell. This scripture ( if you would read your Bible) was to the Jews only!!!! They did not believe that Jesus Christ was the Messiah and that He was raised from the dead. They are blind then and are still blind waiting and looking for Him. This was not to us!!! But, I guarantee you, they heard this too and they too didn’t want to believe that their loved ones went to hell without receiving this word so the cycle of hell bound family members, church members, mommies and daddies continues. Guess what you can be the one to help so many others makes it in by telling them we are wrong people. That scripture was to the Jews not us. We need to obey Acts2:38. It is with loving kindness that I took this time to give you words that would hopefully allow you to examine yourself to see if you are in the way. And that way is the way of Holiness. True, The Church has become entertainment. Are we really glorifying The Lord or the talents that God has given us. Many attend church for what they can recieve, the entertainment an inspirational feel good message or a person. Rather than seeking a real relationship with the Lord.

I wholeheartedly agree with you. I used to sing in a lot of groups here in my city and now that I've grown up and matured in my walk and relationship with my Lord Jesus Christ, I have no desire to sing in that capacity anymore. I will continue to sing and go wherever God leads me but not for " A Show" or anything like that. God has truly humbled me and showed me that I don't have to perform, that my gift will make room for me. For his Glory. Isn't it interesting that when we get to heaven, it won't be any of this going on? 🤔
And unfortunately many have recieved strongs spirits of delusion to believe that this equals anointing. Talent can make you feel good for a moment but the anointing of God will change you for a life time....when worship with forth in the bible I say demons being delivered. I saw battles being won and supernatural things happening. The Bible is our example. We have fallen way short of His Glory...thank you for your truth!
While that’s true about a sizable percentage of churches, only Jesus knows who, how, why, and where the Spirit of God will move & what comes out of it. The will of God will be done regardless. Even the rocks will cry out THE NAME OF JESUS! 😊
Our relationship with Him relies on our connection to the higher, spiritual things of Christ-in this instance, LeAndria ushers in the presence of God to the congregation & allows Him to intercede.
Churches pay people like LeAndria to minister, she does just that. If we don’t find ourselves drawing nearer to Christ thru her ministry, it’s on us to find what pulls us into His presence. The relationship takes effect when we desire to seek Him fully.

Beautiful voice, young ladies; truly God-given. Don't understand this level of spectatorship though. Don't understand why at so many of these "worship" events the audience just stands and looks on, waiting for big runs and all. That seems more like the voice is more important than the one the voice is giving glory to. Proud to be black, and I love the passion we sing with and depth we reach, but there has to be more to an experience than this. It's time to check our worship. Who are we worshipping?

So many people in these comments with, keyboard courage, are the same people who know all the scriptures, yet sit in church every week judging others. Full of self-righteousness and false pride. Full of religion yet, bereft of the spirit of God. Those who've overcome some major challenges in their lives through God's mercy and blessing have a renewed ego, thus now they feel like they can stand in judgement of those who are still in the midst of their struggle. These are the people who keep others away from the church and make many in attendance, who are still learning that God is in control, feel shame. One of the reasons the Black church is losing congregants today is the ugly way the self-righteous attendees treat people. They are making the church undesirable, especially to our youth, at a time when we need the unifying power of the church the most. So many of the responses here fail to represent God's compassion. I’m so confused on how the name of Jesus was lifted up so many times and not many were moved. I agree a lot of ppl are pulled to church for entertainment and not for the desperation of a move from God! I hope at least someone came with the intentions of hearing a word from Him in this setting that day and left changed for the better. They WAY she was calling Jesus with such praise and passion was worshipping God*We have to remember that we all sin daily knowingly or unknowingly which is why we have to repent daily* no one is perfect & all people still have things that they need to work out in the flesh*We will NEVER know what they are thinking when they song*she could have been thanking God for Jesus He did or delivered her from or calling him on someone else's behalf*of course she is going to use her vocal "talents" to deliver the song because that is her gift* Singin is just like church, the Wordn etc*you have to look @ what the song is saying to YOU & how YOU can apply it to YOUR life and YOUR worship to God* so while she was calling Jesus you could kind of reflect on why YOU would be calling Him*what has He done for you or is there someone that needs His help*When we look @ that we can kind of stop looking @ the person & look @ how we can apply it to OUR lives*just a different take on it that's all

How much does it cost for this concert?
My heart is for the church but sadly i feel we need to repent and wake up and restore what has been lost. We have become complacent and desensitized to sin. I assume in heaven the devil as lead soloist got puffed up in his talents. He drew a 1/3 of the angels how... because they began to glorify the God given talent rather than the God of the talent and they all got the boot. We need to repent and praise God of all creation and give him all honor and Glory. Wether we have a magnificent chior or just an old lady with a tamborine.
My old church has no musical instruments. The congregation sings hymns that are so fulfilling. No screaming and yelling three words over and over again like a voice competition.
