Those plastic pieces on the wrapping paper are holders for the wrapping paper, so it can be held in place and turned when you pull off paper. It also helps with storage if you have multiple holders on a wall.
You can find the instructions for anything on Google I wouldn't ever worry about not having them. Do the Google picture look up thingy (😂🤷♀️) if you don't know exactly what it is. I just got a bunch of that wrapping paper as well bet it will sell good and fast at a yard sale. 🙏 Definitely take all that Christmas stuff to donate even if you don't now to give someone else a chance to grab it go back next night to make sure someone else got it. Would be perfect for donating to people who might not be able to afford to decorate or buy clothing for Christmas they'd love that kind of donation. 🙏Happy diving. 😊
