I have been sitting in the back rows watching local trials since I was 9 years old. It was perfectly fine in the '50s locally if you were quiet and respectful, and I enjoyed watching the proceedings. I'm 73 now and I have seen a heck of a lot of judges, but I never saw a single one talk as much as this yahoo. He just loves the sound of his own voice, no matter what kind of malarkey the voice is spitting out!
What is this? Why did you have to be served? Does this judge not know the law and how it works. Drives me crazy when the grudge judge says "I would have considered that. That would not have been a problem". Who is he kidding? He is making this to be a lie when it is only a misunderstanding. Like the innuendo when he stated himself that he has been in court for the past 40 years. He made it sound like he had been a judge that long. Feather did say he had to catch a flight. If the judge had been listening he would have asked about the flight. But he was too busy getting ready to make his next statement. I hope the legislatures down there remove him from the bench. And, notice all the text between Lie-nut and Russ the Suss sitting behind her. I wish the judge would have to pay the attorney fees for not doing this in a timely manner. He just keeps rehashing.

When Jeremy's lawyer was hired, jeremy would have explained to him. Everything that was going on with the trial and what was happening and he would have a lot of paperwork that he would be able to review. There is 0 reason for this judge to narrate. Everything that has ever happened with this case just to catch up a lawyer who is just trying to get his client heard. Unfortunately, the judge just wants to talk and not allow anyone else to speak.

It implicated the judge in this matter, because he put a temporary restraining order in place that has nullified his counsel to be his counsel, that the Judge knew full well that the defendants counsel was now a witness in the case.

I still cannot believe this Judge is actually throwing a tirade, asking for a “doctor’s note” to prove why the respondent couldn’t make it to the unscheduled impromptu court date, when he IS there for the scheduled court date! Add to that he provided the plane ticket! I am just…..
