It's a legitimate technique, especially since Todd typically pressures from under the table, then steps up and finishes it after wearing his opponent down. Todd always keeps his elbow on the pad, unlike cheaters like Underwood etc. Is Devon a better arm wrestler? Absolutely, but stop complaining about Todd's technique.

Actually, Todd often raises his elbow above the pad, with only his tricep on the pad. It's never called, so I guess it's allowed.

Additionally, it’s funny you mention that because right after I wrote my original comment the very and I mean the very next video I watched larrat do the exact same thing Todd does in this video. Yup same under the table shit as well. All of them have their way of cheating larrat buys time arguing and fighting with his opponent and intentional fouling by letting his hand slip right before he gets caught in a press or pin. He never actually just arm wrestles. every single one of them cheat in their own way one way or another .
What They need to do is do away with this foul system and just start charging points in place of fouls awarded to the other side. That will put a big damper on all the cheating bullshit.
