Colombia is the place to be, i visited the country for the third time, the whole country is very rich in culture the people is educated and friendly, i am thinking very seriously to move and stay there i recomend everyone to go.
I lived in Manizales, flying 45 min from Bogota for several months. And also traveled to some other cities. I found Colombia is a safe place to live. Even I fell in love with the culture, people and landscape. I'm a female Muslim, had no trouble dealing with everything in Colombia. Made many friends etc. When I left Manizales to go back to Indonesia, I cried a loud. It was the most emotional moment in my life coz I also left someone I love.
This is the kind of videos I like .. it shows the best, the worst, and the funniest side of my country. It shows the real truth that we can feel through all the country. I hope you have enjoyed your trip !!
ahahaha omg! I LOVE YOU GUYS! i'm from Bogota, live in north america... and you really lived Colombia! i usually stay in the city, i'm watyy to afraid to drive out of Bogota! my respects. Hope you come bck~!
I am thankful and grateful to have wonderful, brave, and adventurous people come my country Colombia and realize what we have to offer despite our issues. I invite you to go again and visit the beautiful city of Medellin and the Coffee region Pereira and its surroundings! you will fall in love even more with the people, the scenery, the food, the cities, and life! Thank you for this video and seriously you need to go back, specially now that time and things are much better over there!
Thank you for this video. As a Colombian who barely knows her country, I feel inspired by these travels of yours. I hope you discovered a different Colombia and I hope very soon I can discover it too :)
Nice video..came here on holiday and loved the place and the people so much i decided to stay...true it has it's problems but so have many other countries i have visited...and i can honestly say that the people are the friendliest i have came across...
We kept mainly on the main road heading south. The road was in great condition and you can certainly drive it in a sedan. There are many lovely little hotels and places to stop on route. Great food. Locals will help you find a place to stay. We never ever book a hotel or place to stay ahead of time. We arrive and find somewhere
I know this video was a while back but Colombia is a very beautiful country. Since I was little i been moving back and forth and all i could say is: I miss the food over there
OMG, you guys are extremely brave, I'm a Colombian born and I i wouldn't recommend to drive through Colombia in a car with American License plates !!!! We all Colombians know it isn't safe.
Man I envy you world traveling types. Italy and Canada too? Greetings from a colombian. I hear it's a lot safer since 2011. Look up other travel blogs. I haven't seen your channel yet but did you go to Argentina?
***** My neighbors just came back from there. They say it has changed alot and is bigger and more modern than Miami. I don't know how true that is though
At 2:55, the truck in the middle is flashing its left turn signal light. It indicates the driver on the left that he can have a go. That's part of a driving code that you will not find in the book. These drivers have been doing that for years, and from a tourist's perspective, it might only mean another reckless driver in a banana republic. I wouldn't be surprise if the truck on the left flashed the hazard lights for a couple of seconds after passing. That means "Thank you"
Police blocks are common there. It just part of their job to stop random cars to check everything is alright. It sucks you guys rushed yourselves out of the country but I guess it's something that only us Colombians are use to.
Ginio Lamy We shipped from Panama to Columbia you can view that video Shipping to Panama loading the container. ua-cam.com/video/Zsu59Ii6hQ8/v-deo.html
careless and reckless, their are many areas of Colombia you do not go into if your a foreigner. Even cities like Medellin, Cali and bogota, their are barrios foreigners should never go into. its a beautiful country but still dangerous.
