- In this Mod Preview I show off how once ThundR's state controller is setup, how it it functions and what you can do with it. This mod cant just be put in your folder and everything work, a bin dryer production has to be set up in the xml first, once that's done then it will work with just having state controller in your mods folder.

This is amazing. It boggles my mind how Giants misses putting so many things into the game, and doesn't pay for what people add to the game. We as players are forever in debt to modders that make the game better
Well in giants defence, they can’t do everything, they want the game to appeal to the masses so anyone can pick up the game and just play, something like this is pretty realistic and probably not for everyone out there, so they put a game out that appeals to the most people and then people who want more realism have to do this stuff themselves. Probably always be this way. But it makes the most sense
There’s a fine line between realism and fun. But yes, incredible what modders add to the game!

How do you speed up the dryer
ThundR is a legend! Can’t wait to see what modders do with this script. Pretty slick bins there too man! My favorite part is the pulley that opens the lid on the wet bin 😆
Yes ThundR is a genius that’s for sure. Well the pulley opening up is on the dlc bins, but I did have to make the bin bigger so did have to add onto the pulley in blender to make it work for the bigger bin. So I can’t take all the credit
Can you do a video on how to add it to a grain system? I really wanna add it to mine
I understand the whole "dried crop" thing is easier to implement since it's just a different crop type and change in the xml, but it's a shame actual moisture can't be added. Instead of selling for more money, you could just be docked for wet grain like you would in real life. Would give purpose to getting a bigger dryer to increase harvest speed.
Also recommend changing your drying setup. Right now you only have the 1 grain leg, so you could only run your dryer in batch, which isn't an issue, but most guys would prefer to have an air system or second leg to fill bins and then have a wet leg to fill a wet tank and dryer. It's not a big deal, but the vast majority of modded bin sites don't seem to think through how they'd actually work.
Adding moisture is a whole different thing, your more then welcome to do that if you so wish, it would involve more luas and something I prefer to not get into, the whole dry crops is real enough for me. There is incentive to have a bigger dryer, as with harvest if your drying and moving grain to another bin with this new setup and it can’t keep up, then you would want a bigger dryer. Also I won’t change my setup, I’ve thought it out well on how it would work in real life and that’s exactly how this setup would work. Your more then welcome to build something you would like to have, I’m good with what I’ve built. My grain leg is a special one and it can fill the dryer and run product to bins. It’s a game and your imagination can be anything you wish.
