The criminal law amendment is not a generalized one, the name of the act is not understandable.
It's obvious that the BJP is fascist and acting in favor of a sect of people.

The laws passed by previous government of Modi ji were not in the interest of common people of this country instead of New criminal law they could have increase numbers of judges in High court and supreme court as well in lower courts to lessen the pending cases but they are less interested in people's to get justice as early as possible

She will oppose new laws for obvious reasons. She is happy in the existing system and have no intention of improving the existing lethargic and indifferent approach adopted by judges. Why don't SC comes out with the desired amendments with a vie to IMPROVE the existing system.

I am basically against calling them in Hindi names instead of the current century old English names. This is certainly contrary to any principles of basic federalism and the Constitutional provisions even now existing and relevant that English shall be the language of High Courts and Supreme Court. TDP and RJD should pressurize Mr Modi to take them back. The old laws in old names are more than enough.
Other than DMK no one has any problem with hindi names.

Sec. 531(2)(a) of BNSS clearly provides that only CrPC will continue to apply to pending cases as if BNSS had not come into force.

Which law enacted by Parliament/assembly is consulted with all the stakeholders and in this case as Smt. India Jaisingh wants all lawyers, judges, journalists, accused, petitioners etc to be consulted. These lawyers are great in the Tarik-pe-Tarikh scheme and they want to apply the same here. Well done for trying, but law will take its due course.
Why don’t you propose that all courts give a citizen charter which will lay out procedures of all cases from lower courts to SC will be completed in 5 years. Lawyers make money by adjournments and want the system to flourish

According to this woman the penal code in India can not be changed till eternity. She has, as her sort of other lawyers like Sibal, Singhvi or Bhushan etc., only negative approach to any thing specially coming out of the BJP govt. Madam, There is no problem in running British laws for over 70 years! if your logic is right, the Lakhs of pending cases in the system will take another 30 years or so and we will never implement any new law!

Sooner or later the transition has to take place. For sometime there would be some bit of confusion. But in the effective enforcement of the new laws the court judgements would be faster.
In the new law, the order of the clauses has been changed, there is no other special amendment. If there is a few amendments, the amendment would have been made and the original law would have been kept in the same position, all the issues would have been resolved.
Only need to insert aur deletion sections, nothing need to do disturb sections series
